This fits my filter housing exactly, the Culligan HF-360A. This makes it easy to have a subscription to swap out my filter, the value comes from having them automatically show up then I know it is time to swap out. I only have this to keep the sand and sediment from getting into my appliances, even city water has some that builds up. I tried using a smaller micron filter and found that it clogged up too fast and affected my pressure so this works perfect for my application. I like the fact the filter can be seen and as the sediment is removed over time the color changes so I can judge when it needs to be changed. These filters do remove a lot of sediment which saves it going into the toilet tanks which can keep the flapper from sealing. So 20 years ago I bought my house. It came with a Culligan whole house water filter. Well you would be simply amazed at whats in your water. You might think you have the cleanest home water on earth til you have one of these... The city I live in constantly passes all these water tests but wow seeing is believing. It cant be my pipes cause well the pipes were replaced in full after being almost 50 years old and yup I still get dirty filters so it must be getting something from my water. Honestly I would never not have some water filter as even the fact that I have to only replace a filter every 60 days or so and I joke even my toilet water is filtered its the water thats going into our bodies that is not at least filtered and all you will say is WOW after 60 days on your water. we think we have good water til we try this. It might not be so successful on chemicals but I will take what I can get. I also love the people who say I never drink the water in the house. Yup and you dont take a shower or have a dish washer either.. for the $40 the unit cost me and the roughly $6 a month it cost me for a filter I will gladly change the filter. ... show more
