Additionally, most Culligan filters reduce the presence of illness-causing, waterborne parasites, like Giardia and Cryptosporidium, helping you stay healthy when you hydrate. Culligan filters have an activated carbon cartridge that absorbs the carbon- based VOCs (volatile organic compounds) as they pass through the filter, resulting in better water. Culligan filters provide a compatible refrigerator fit that’s easy to install and replace every 6 months. Culligan filters are certified by IAPMO R&T against NSF/ANSI 42, 53, and 401 for the reduction of claims specified in the performance data sheet.
