Description

Adding an oxidizer to your water supply is an easy way to remove impurities and prevent the formation of colors, tastes, corrosion, and scaling. Pro Product’s Neutra Sul is a professional-grade solution that can be used easily at home or your business. The chemical feed pump manufacturer or supplier usually specifies a standard procedure for oxidizing a water supply and depends on water conditions. There are many types, designs, and methods of introducing Neutra Sul to the water supply. A standard procedure is to inject Neutra Sul directly into the water line using a chemical feed pump. Dosage rates will vary. If unsure, consult the owner's manual. This product is NSF Certified to meet NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 standards for drinking water additives. Maximum level in potable water: 15mg/L. Proper dosage rates will vary depending on the application. For oxidation of impurities, feed Neutra Sul until there are very few oxygen bubbles in the treated water. Feed Neutra Sul at 2 ppm per 1 ppm of iron for iron treatment.

It arrived with no problems in plastic bags in original box inside an Amazon box, only thing that could have been a major problem was the Amazon box was oversized with very little packing and the original box was upside down in the Amazon box so yes it could have posed a major problem. I live in a lakehouse where you must have a water treatment system including a sulphur tank. Bought this versus hydrogen peroxide or chlorine and I have no complaints. It’s worked well for several treats now. Also, I’ve never had a problem with the packaging.

We have loved this product for our water system! I love the convenience of being able to purchase 4 at a time as the price per gallon is much more affordable here than anywhere else. However, the caps may be faulty. The supplier box and Amazon box were soaked. Come to find out the bottles were left upside down, one bottle cap wasn't screwed tightly and I lost a third of my product. Hoping it won't happen again. ... show more

    • Great stuff.
I have been using this for years. It is the best thing we have done to knock out the sulfur smell. We started with bleaching the well, that worked for a few weeks and was a hassle to do and clkeep up with. Then we got a big whole house backwashing airating carbon flter, which lasted about a year before the sulfur came back. We have been using NutraSul with an injector before the carbon tank for a few years now and that has worked great. We haven't had to replace the carbon in our filter which has saved a bit of money, and our water is over free, at least while the injector tank is fresh. The NutraSul sul does evaporate or degrade over time so it's best to only mix up enough for a month or two at a time. It's not a big deal, when we notice the smell start to return we just put more in the injector tank. We used to buy it by the 5gal bucket but the gal jugs are easier to handle and just the right size to dump the whole thing in. ... show more

I ordered this product many times in the past , and it used to have a tape around the lid so the product wouldn't leak. This is no longer the case. Both boxes were delivered on their sides with the peroxide leaking into the plastic bags and also soaking the cardboard boxes. The manufacturer needs to go back to the old Packaging to prevent this from happening again. The product is fine, but the packaging is horrible, Both boxes leaked, and a lot of the product was wasted ... show more
