  • Your refrigerators reminder light does not turn off automatically. Most reminder lights are reset by pressing and holding the water filter button on the dispenser control for 3 seconds. When the display changes from red to green, the status has been reset

Our Frigidaire can use either this or the regular PureSource 3 model filter. This was only one or two dollars more than the PureSource 3 when I purchased it, and apparently filters out some extra stuff. Very easy to install - push in on the old one to eject it, remove the plastic caps on the new one, click it in, run some water for about 3 mins to prime it. The water tastes great and is very clear. It also fixed our issue where the water was running very slow, making it much quicker and more convenient to grab a glass of water. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey, especially when you're expected to swap these out every six months, but definitely cheaper than buying bottled water, and is probably better for you than unfiltered tap water. ... show more

The product is fine and in good shape but the package had been opened, not torn but half the top opening was cut open and no packing slip inside.. This was unusual and has never been this way before. Also was delivered at like 4:30 am setting our alarms off and waking us up. Is this a new thing?
