  • Excellent product!
Size: 14-Cup Color: Stainless Steel
This was the blessing I didn't know that I needed. I never dreamed I would use this tool as often as I do. I have mastered pesto's, pasta's, sauces, you name it! My very first endeavor was making pasta, which I was very intimidated by. It made it so easy! We love a good filet and asparagus and the best sauce for that is hollandaise sauce, and this food processor made it a breeze, and it is so delicious! My favorite thing to do is to puree garlic and herbs with my food processor and freeze it in small silicone molds to keep on hand to use while cooking. The garlic grinds so well it is almost a paste and works perfectly for my needs. I have loaded this little machine down and I have never worried about overloading it. She is a chopping, slicing, grinding, blending powerhouse! You can throw everything into the dishwasher which makes clean up a breeze, or just quickly wash it to re-use immediately. I am almost tempted to buy a second unit to keep in storage just as a backup incase anything ever happens to this one. ... show more

  • Very nice processor but the instructions- mehhh
Size: 14-Cup Color: Navy
This is a very sturdy, very powerful and very quiet food processor. I think it’s the third food processor I’ve owned. I am enjoying the larger bowl size for sure. So far I have used it to make pico de gallo and shredded cabbage for coleslaw and cut onions for hotdogs. It did a great job for all of it. I used the chopping blade for the pico de Gallo and the onions. And I used the shredding disk attachment for the cabbage for the slaw. At first, I couldn’t get it to turn on, ☺️ but, that’s because I had the feeder tube too full for the metal spine on the back of the pusher to completely engage the safety feature. The biggest drawback I see is the way the safety feature on the lid is designed. The safety mechanism is sort of open but at the same time closed if that makes any sense. It’s open enough for stuff to get in there and closed enough for you to have a hard time getting food particles out. You may want to just check and be sure that there’s no food particles On the metal safety spine on the food pusher that you’ll push down into the safety channel on the lid. Otherwise, you will play the game of rinsing and turning it upside down and swishing it/ flipping while holding the white thingy open until you can get the food particle to come out of it. There may be a trick to this I haven’t figured out yet. So far, I really like this processor, And, the prices for extra attachments on the Cuisinart website are very, very competitive with free shipping. ... show more

  • The Best Food Processor
Size: 14-Cup Color: Stainless Steel
This is the best food processor I have ever owned. It grates & slices with little to no effort. I have used it to purée jalapeño peppers for jelly, grate cheese, slice potatoes. I just wish I had it sooner when I canned my relish. It would have cut my time down grating all the veggies it required. Cleanup is so easy I don’t mind using it. I just leave it out on counter. I have a Vitamix blender but this does everything that does plus more. ... show more

  • Ideal Size for Small Apartments, Packs Enough Power, but requires Careful Handing and Handwashing
Size: 7-Cup Color: White
I’ve been using my 7-Cup Pro Classic regularly—at least three dozen times since purchasing it in late February 2025—and it continues to meet my food processing needs. I prepare whole week meals for 1-2 people, and bake 2-3 times per week. The wattage, work bowl size, and functions are well-suited for my kitchen, a galley-style space in a 600 sq. ft. NYC apartment. It’s reliable, easy to clean, holds power when fully loaded, and is intuitive to operate. Based on performance, I’m giving it four stars. Why Four Stars? A few limitations keep it from being perfect: 1. Dishwasher Concerns – I hand wash the work bowl and lid because many reviews report heat warping in the dishwasher. While I don’t mind handwashing, this could be a drawback for frequent users. I will not be dishwashing any components aside from the stainless blade. 2. Durability of Plastic – This is my first personal food processor, but I grew up using a 14-Cup Professional Classic. The older model’s work bowl felt thicker and more durable (on the order of 1 to 2 millimeters thicker), while the 7-Cup Classic’s plastic seems more brittle and prone to cracking. I handle it carefully, but I have prepared myself for the bowl and/or lid to crack from normal use, and well before the motor gives out. Extending bowl thickness, as well as introducing a metal mechanism for the base safety lock, could significantly improve parts longevity. Conclusion Despite these minor issues, I strongly recommend the 7-Cup Pro Classic. I chose it over the KitchenAid 7- and 9-Cup processors (reported quality and lid/bowl locking design issues) and the Cuisinart Core Custom 10-Cup (concerns over its plastic clutch/drive system and noise). This model strikes a great balance of performance and size, making it a solid choice. ... show more
