    • No blade guard for the cutter
I really like the size and quality of the stone, the peel, and the cutter, but I didn’t realize the cutter doesn’t have a blade guard. There is a thin plastic sleeve that came on it, but it’s not really much for protection. Cuisinart needs to rethink this.

A very good complete set to make pizza with if you have an outdoor pizza oven you need this my oven runs hot on the bottom so I used the stone in the set and put on my pizza oven stone to so you are using 2 stones to help cool the bottom a little

    • Read measurements carefully!
I thought it would fit the 3 in 1 pizza oven by Cuisinart, but I guess I have to read the fine print. This was a gift to someone on other coast and he tells me the paddle and stone don’t fit thru opening on that oven.
