These knives are very sharp. You do not want to cut yourself with these. The only issues I have with them is that I notice a little cracking around the rivets.But I really, really like these knives, they are incredibly sharp. I would definitely recommend them.

I would rate these 5 star but as I have been using them for a year now, the handles are starting to crack. They are great knives, super sharp and reliable but once the handles fully break they will be useless unfortunately.
