The blinds themselves are pretty good quality, especially for the price. My two gripes are that like most amazon china made crap, the hardware and screws are exactly that....crap. Have extra screws on hand due to head easily stripping. Also the pull cord is cheap plastic.

Unfortunately we are missing the end cap at the bottom of the shade. Other than that issue we are pleased with the shade. Wondering if an extra cap can be sent. I didn't know it was missing till my husband mentioned it since he was the one to install it. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. ... show more

First thing missing hardware. Second thing very difficult to install if installing on the inside of the window. Third they had me measure the inside of the windows and order the size that way and when received was told by instruction to cut off another 1/2 inch al find till it came to the metal part of the shade. Why couldn't they have cut the 1/2 in off? Would only recommend if installing on the outside of the window opening. This review is for all 9 of the shade ordered. ... show more

They were very easy to install and are easy to operate! Zero light comes through the blinds. There is obviously light at the top because my window frame wouldn't allow for inside mount but it is minimal.
