Dog has been wearing it for a long while now and it's held up and hasn't tarnished. It's pretty heavy but I have a large dog and he doesn't mind. I don't use it as a leash collar though. It's more like jewelry to hold his tags. I use a leather collar or harness for leash.

I purchased this Cuban chain for my Great Dane, and he looks even cuter with it on! The chain pairs perfectly with the pendant I bought to go with it. It is very sturdy and doesn't bother him at all.

Bought this collar in rose gold for my female 9-year old American Bulldog. It’s absolutely stunning and well made! The blank bone shaped tag is easily removable to go have engraved with your dog’s name and phone numbers. I measured my dog’s neck and bought the 20” size and it fit perfectly with room to spare and won’t slip off. It’s heavier than her previous collar, but she didn’t seem bothered by that at all.     • Looks great! Would not rely on it as a walking/working collar though.
My dog looks super handsome with this collar on. Feels sturdy and has a nice weight to it. The careful packaging was a great tough. My dog's neck measures at about 18 inches, and the 20 inch collar fits him nicely. However, I got this only for him to wear the house because it makes him look like a handsome devil; I don't recommend this for actual leash walking, any sort of correction work and this is definitely not for working dogs. The material and structure just isn't suited for that type of work, and there are much more effective ways of training your dog than using a chunky designer choke collar anyway (e.g. flat buckle/quick release collar). If your dog tends to pull, do not use this to try and solve that problem and invest in proper leash/obedience training instead. That all being said, my dog looks amazing in this. ... show more

I really like the necklace however I got a size too big so she keeps removing it off her neck so I’ll put it on during the day and remove it at night night. Hasn’t changed any color and heavy duty.
