I’ve bought two of these speakers now, installed the first one and got banging bass, like shake the house bass from my truck outside. Bought a second one and couldn’t get it to play but they’re taking care of the return and I’ll purchase another one because the first one install is awesome. Also make sure it’s paired correctly with the amp. Want to make sure you have enough power to push it. ... show more

I don’t blame Ct for this issue however did used Fed ex and they never delivered my package and when I reached out to Ct they said since it said delivered they couldn’t help me so for customer service I thought this was unacceptable even saying that it was impossible that I didn’t receive my package after 10 emails back & fourth I had to open a claim with Amazon because it was the only option they left me from being out almost $400 also fed ex manager even offered to speak with Ct sounds to explain that it wasn’t delivered to my home and the signature wasn’t mine but Ct didn’t want any part of that sucks because I’ve purchased two 12s the week before and was excited for my Ct sub build which isn’t happening now I have to spend my hard earned money elsewhere hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else ... show more
