It's a well made solid subwoofer box. And it excels the performance of your sub-woofers. Definitely worth buying. I put in two 8" CWR8 Kicker sub-woofers hooked up to a CXA800.1 Kicker amp and the bass just bumps (I thought I had fifteens hooked up)! Loud and clean!

THIS BOX IS A GREAT SOUNDING BOX WITH THE RIGHT SUBWOOFER. YOU CAN'T HAVE A SET OF CHEAP SUBWOOFERS. I PUT A PAIR OF DEAF BONCE APOCALYPSE 8 INCH BASS SUBWOOFERS. THEY WERE 200 DOLLARS EACH ON AMAZON. THOSE SUBS WERE SO HEAVY, SHIPPING WOULD BE MORE THAN THE SUBWOOFERS AND THE CT SOUNDS PORTED ENCLOSEURE. THESE SUBS MOVE A LOT OF AIR AND THEY SOUND LIKE A COUPLE 12 INCH KICKER COMPS. I DIDN'T SAY 15'S. THEY MAKE THERE OWN SPECIAL SOUND. CAN'T GO WRONG. TWO JL AUDIO 15W1 SVC. Box sounds nice and punchy very tight bass and the low frequency is great. Perfect for the trunk of a classic car with a modern retrosounds deck.

I purchased this box because it was already to spec with the 8” meso CT has. The build quality seems good and the carpet is decent. I think for the money to get 3/4” MDF and push terminals is great and definitely worth the current cost ($140)
