Having owned both on the same system, this CT made my system hit way harder. It definitely puts out power, and it looks good too. My bass is way cleaner, and tighter. As far as my initial impression I would say it's a nice quality amp for the money. I'll update the review if any issues arise.

    • I don't recommend it
I ordered a 1400 amplifier and it was damaged. It didn't work when I installed it and they don't want to validate the warranty.

    • So far it's the best amp I've owned
So far it's the best amp I've owned. I've owned some pioneer's. And other pawn shop amps. I love the base knob. It has a clipping sensor built it and will flash red when you're clipping. (Just set gains to appropriate RMS with subs) I only had it for a couple of months so I can't tell you the longevity of this amp. But so far it's hitting my 2 15's 1000rms together at 1ohm nicely. ... show more

    • They push my 2-8” CT meso
The media could not be loaded. I had 2nd thoughts but this is a good amp it pushes my 2-8” meso and they sound like 12”’s

    • Great amp
High quality amp. Great features such as voltage meter and clipping detector on bass knob. Very attractive looking amp. Very powerful and clean. I have it paired with 2 Alpine type r 12s wired to 1 ohm. Very pleased.

    • make sure it fully works, bench test it before the 30 day return period ends
The Amplifier works fine but the data wire for the bass knob was bad out the box new, extra hassle thx!
