Could not be happier with this purchase. Exactly the look we wanted. Left off the glass ball on the bottom for a more contemporary look. Found LED candle bulbs and the light look stunning. Installed on a sloped ceiling and did not need to utilize chain. My husband installed the chandelier in our foyer and it's a stunning piece. Definitely not a "big box" store purchase! We replaced an existing chandelier with this one. The lights are nice and bright and we also have a dimmer which can turn the lights down more if desired. Installation was fairly easy since we had the existing junction box already in place. We had two of us install the light. One to hold the chandelier while the other wired the electrical. The length is adjustable and you can see through the light so it does not visually block too much. ... show more

Light fixture looks great but installation is difficult. you will hate it while installing it, and then love it once it is finished.

It is well made and looks great. Packed and shipped very well. Why 4 stars? The installation required three people and several tries to get the sequencing correct. Beautiful light fixture at a fraction of the cost of the high-end competitor's similar light. I had an electrician install it, but it came with no additional assembly required. It's gorgeous and gets us lots of compliments!!! Recommend putting it on a dimmer switch for even more ambience.
