I like the weight and performance of the snow blower and the simplicity of it . In that it is not self propelled (as most are not ) user should be prepared to push through heavy snowfalls - but performance was still good .

This does not have a "powerful steel auger and impeller". It is plastic and it will break the first time you try to blow snow that has a heavy layer of ice on it. We got 12" of snow plus another 2" layer of freezing rain/ice on top. This snow blower is useless for that condition,

There is not one reference as to any information concerning how to contact the manufacturer. No phone number, no address, or no web site. There is no listing for how to get ahold of them if there is a problem. Run time is listed as 25 minutes in the small owners manual. This is not much time for clearing snow. ... show more
