This is a cheaper alternative to the Total Gym ab crunch and it fits my Total Gym XLS. The arm padding is comfortable, the equipment is steardy, easy to intall and take it off, convenient when you have only an hr lunch break to excerise. For reference I am 5'4 and 130 lbs and works great for my height /body weight. If you are taller, just know that the glide board doesn't glide under the ab crunch and limits your motion.     • Great alternative to the Total Gym Ab Crunch accessory!
I thought that this ab crunch accessory would be uncomfortable and was a bit skeptical, but I was wrong. I saved $120 by going with this option instead of the Total Gym Ab Crunch option. I just purchased my TotalGym XLS less than a month ago along with the Pilates accessories and I was having a hard time shelling out more money for additional accessories. I am truly glad I found this as it works great with my Total Gym XLS. One caveat, it does not come with instructions, but the bars are marked "L" and "R", so anyone can easily attach them. I definitely recommend, especially if you want to save a few bucks. This is a great, sturdy accessory.     • Worked For My Total Gym
Doesn't quite fit the Total Gym, which has a frame of less than one inch. I glued a couple of rubber erasers into the gaps, after I cut the erasers to size, and it worked perfect. The Ab Crunch attachment for the Total Gym costs $160, which is $100 more. Very smooth and effective exercise and this attachment is very ergonomic. I don't give five stars, but four stars is good. The Total Gym Ab Crunch attachment does have bigger and thicker arm pads, but I attach my own thicker pads to this one. Since I received it, I have been doing 100 ab crunches every day at the top height (2 sets of 50). I recommend you start at a lower height. Great fit on TG XLS. I'm impressed at the comfort level of this cheaper unit. I see no reason to pay extra for big padded arm supports. I'm a big dude and this did not bother me at all. Now my abs today.... Well, let's just say the product works. :) This item was packaged as good or better than expensive computer peripherals such as $700 GPUs. I was beyond impressed on the quality of the packaging as well as the craftsmanship of the product. It also comes with its own pins, that's a big plus. ... show more

    • Fits the Elite with a slight wobble
I read the reviews trying to figure out if this would fit my TG Elite model. The manufacture clearly states it is not compatable but Im cheap and not wanting to spend $150 for the TG equivalent. Out of the box it fits with a wobble but once I put my weight on hit while following through with the movement it works perfect! I may hack it by adding a layer of foam to connection point but it works fine as is. ... show more

Works great with the Total Gym XLS. Can't confirm other TGym models, but the XLS it fits like a glove. Has 2 attaching pins on each arm. Dont pay $150 through Total Gym for a Ab Accessory. $51 was worth the price I paid.

i am very happy with this accessory, my only complaint or suggestion rather would be that i really wish the pin holes were placed differently so that it sits farther up on the rails (im 6-2 maybe its just me idk) or even better be adjustable, but other than that i use them daily on my xls , very comfy, very sturdy, great price, very satisfied. ... show more

No me agrado por qué fue confuso para mí y sorpresivo cuando recibí el paquete ya que yo pensaba que era todo el equipo crunch AB. Por lo que que a cualquier comprador le haría pensar que es todo el equipo y no solo una parte.
