They said I would receive my scooter on Friday but they sent it five days early! It was packed well to prevent damage and it was easy to put together. After an initial charge to the battery, the unit was ready to use. When most of the scooters I was looking at were twice as much, I had low expectations as to the quality. I was surprised to see that the product was of high quality. This equipment has given me my freedom back by being easy to take apart and put in my car and easy to reassemble for use. At 70 I have no problem loading it and unloading it. So happy I found this unit.

This scooter died on the first day and the seller did not provide pre-paid postage for its return until I contacted Amazon. They initially sent a prepaid label that was fraudulent, according to FedEx, and they rejected it. After contacting Amazon once again a shipping label that worked was sent. Refund was delayed significantly. Communication with this company was slow and not exactly customer friendly. I would not recommend this company or purchasing this scooter - better options are available around the same price point.

I bought this about two weeks ago. The most impressive feature is its spacious legroom. I have had a scooter before but it was a bit tight on legroom for a 5’9 person. Happy this scooter is different! The foot area is long enough for my legs to stretch out comfortably. I really like it and I use it for getting around. Other features that I like are the battery range and the controls. I have done several errands with one charge of the battery around the small town I live in. The scooter is easy to operate for the elderly. Great value!

i love my new scooter, it does the job as i expect! Battery life is long, and the speed is adjust as i needed, also good torque as well on the park lawn! The lights on the sides of night is nice and cool, but more importantly for the safety riding at evening! It is not a light scooter, but it can be break into pieces which make it no issues for loading and unloading to the vehicle by myself! I love it ! Good BUY

Worst purchase I've ever done. Yes the foot space is ok. However, the turning radius is AWEFUL.. AWFUL, AWEFUL AWEFUL. You have to take your corners very wide and I can't just enter through my door without backing up and going forward several times to enter. Unless the entry door is straight ahead of me. If the turning radius was on point this would be the perfect scooter.
