I purchased this in late November and it lasted a little over a month. Still, I give it 5 stars. Here's why: I primarily bought this for my recently adopted senior Chihuahua brothers, one of which is blind. They won't go outside in inclement weather so I purchased this gazebo to put on my wood deck - this would give them cover and a place to go to the bathroom. I had purchased a canopy before this and it lasted 24 hours when a 5mph breeze turned it into modern art titled "crap". Did my research and got this one. I'm 68 years old and partially disabled so a friend came over to set it up. took about an hour for everything. Here's what I loved about it: the design was elegant - so easy to put up; beautiful; sturdy; storage bag was strong, easy to pack, and had the written instructions sewn onto it (so convenient). Wasn't crazy about: mosquito netting - I wanted to keep the mesh walls on because they kept the rain from coming in, but they also increased wind drag and made windy conditions real threats. The orange guides meant to help secure the canopy to the horizontal scissor perimeter grid were too loose to be of use - but this didn't matter because the canopy did not ride up. I could not easily take it up and down because of my health so I wanted to really guard against high wind issues. I screwed the feet into the wood deck, used the included bags after filling with sand, used the tie-down ropes to secure it to the deck railing, and inspected it often. And then the storms came. For several weeks we endured steady winds of about 25mph! The gazebo took it like a champ. It would slightly bend at the legs and the canopy would really dance. It rained a great deal, sometimes hard, but everything under it stayed dry. I loved it, the dogs loved it. First the snow came - heavy, wet, and deep - 8 inches. I went outside 3 times that day and gently pushed on the underside of the canopy with a soft squeegee in order to break up the dense buildup of snow, guiding it downhill until it was off the ceiling. I was knocking off about 70-80 pounds of the stuff each time! Still, it held. I was amazed. And then the death knell tolled in the form of 2 days of frequent gusts of 50-60mph. My deck furniture blew off the deck, a bucket of 8 bricks ensconced in solid ice tipped over and blew down the deck steps. The dogs couldn't stand in it and I had to use 2 canes to stay upright. Then the metal rod holding one of the corners of the overhang-canopy snapped and the canopy corner blew towards the peak of the roof and began snapping back and forth. I captured it once but could not hold on - it ripped right out of my hands. I got into the house and sadly watched. I can not believe it lasted anywhere near as long as it did. It was insane. My friend came back the next day and took it down (the winds had died down). And even with all this, there is a chance I might be able to repair it. I HIGHLY recommend this gazebo. In my opinion, it's a beast when secured correctly. I thought the price was really good and that it was worth every penny and then some. ... show more

So my first trip with this canopy, it was raining. This canopy goes up super easy with one person. Comes down pretty easy with just one person as well. The overhang extensions are a little hard to get the last one in place, but it’s nice and tight, it’s also still new, only been put up twice, once when I bought it, once on my first camping trip. It leaks. It is not rain/waterproof. The section in the top that allows for ventilation leaks water through the stitching, which travels down the roof poles, so things get dripped on. ... show more

Wonderful gazebo, I put it up for a family party and it looks great and is super easy to put up and take down. Used it again and it tore while up. I contacted the company assuming I’d have to buy a new top and they sent me one without charge. Great product and great customer service.

This product rock. Way easy to set up. Side storage for hammer and stakes. Double stitching and easy to put on the bag. No bottoms so it’s a breeze. I have owned many and this is the best product out there. I have tried over 20 different sun shades and this is well built. The steel is thick and strong. One person can set it up and they didn’t lie. I have now bought two and they are large. Most shades don’t come with all the extras so how they did it for a great price. Well done. I can’t say enough at the ease to set up and the size. So many people have commented on this sim shade as I take it to football, the flying field and the beach. ... show more

DO NOT BUY! Rips and tears and they do not stand by there product. I repeat Do not buy, save your money and by a better product. It will not last. Look at my photos for proof. To follow up with the 1 star review I had previously left, the company finally did contact me a after a few conversations and pictures showing the damaged product they did decide to send me a fully brand new product. As for now I just opened it and checked it I did not put it up yet. If any problems are found in the future this will be updated so for now I am changing my 1 star to a 5 star. Bought this after lots of searching! So happy with this beautiful pop-up! It was easy to set up and take down and I love that they made the outter bag with a zipper for ease in covering it once it’s taken down! Extra bags for accessories too! My main thing also was that the cover was a good cover and not that easy to rip plastic. I am overall extremely happy with this beautiful cover! It is also extremely sturdy. This was one of the easier canopies of this size that I’ve ever put up. I did it by myself in about 40 minutes, but could’ve lost 10 minutes because I didn’t put the top piece on first. If you get a chance to get one of these tents that are set up by, just pushing up on the centerpiece, go for it! This was my first tent of such, and I can see that it’s already going to be stronger sturdier and won’t have a possibility to cave in on the corners. Making the nylon tight is very wise with the amount of rain we get in South Florida in a spur of the moment. I had it sitting outside for about seven days with heavy rain and wind and didn’t move. Fastened it down with , the twist rods, you would twist in the ground and hook up your pet. I find this the easiest and most convenient without having to use the sandbags. I recommend this, especially for the good price of I believe I paid around $150. ... show more
