Heavy duty tent, with commercial use intended. A lot of attention was given to the design and supports (except the awning, but I'll get to that in a minute). the center lock is brilliant and makes setup very quick. the clips to hold the canopy and side walls on is well thought out and work great. this will be a sail if you don't anchor it!!! they included sandbags are not enough as it will fit off even with them! if you are going to be using this tent in a windy condition get some good ground screw anchors and leave the awning off!!! The bad- the awning. even with the tent all the way up, most people will need to duck slightly to get under the front edge of it. To attach, it the poles slide into plastic brackets mounted to the parts that slide up the legs. in perfect calm this is great, any slight wind it will push the awning up snapping the backets off the legs rendering the awning useless. while you can get replacement parts for almost every part of this tent (which is fantastic!!!) they don't offer (that i could find) these brackets that snap. Overall, this is an amazing tent with good design, and I love that if a part does break, they are all bolted together, and replacement parts can be ordered. now if they only offered the additional commercial hanging kit (the horizontal bars that can run leg to leg), and offered the aforementioned brackets, it would be perfect! I would buy again

Gotta say the phrase “you get what you pay for” really applies here. This canopy is amazing! I bought this canopy last minute before my market this weekend. There is a big chance of rain so I really wanted walls and the attachable awning was a bonus. My husband and I did a mock setup with it and it was a cake walk getting it setup. Everything about it felt so sturdy and heavy duty. And yes the tent is heavy but lets be real when you are a vendor, you want something that’s going to hold up and stand against the wind and I believe this will. I also like how the canopy itself attaches to the poles it felt so much more secure. Oh, and once you hit the button on the legs for them to go up it was like they were wanting to go up on the own. It was great they glided with ease. Same with the easy up to pop it up. Everything just glided so smoothly. Either way if you are on the fence I say invest in yourself.

This is a GREAT canopy and we were very impressed on the quality and the simpleness of setting it up. We really liked the way you just clip the top and walls on the frame, makes the entire process a lot faster. Unfortunately we had to return because we bought one that was to small for our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this canopy for anyone that would be looking for one is this size. Everything stores nicely too and is a great price point for someone just getting into Saturday markets. Rock steady too and functions like it should.

The sizes are very tight so if you have sand bags it is super difficult to zipper the sides on. The fabric is nice but does scratch easily. The customer service is good though. I had gotten a topper that was leaking on the first try and they replaced it without a problem. It is light weight enough that a chubby 5" woman can lift it and set it up by myself. I see others struggle and need help with their tent and I don't have that same issue. I can get it up/down by myself which I love. I have recommended this tent to many a vendor. I do wish that they had better sides and better fabric. I live in the PNW right on the water and have many shows on the sound. I have not had a wind issue with this tent yet.

I love this tent! It's super easy to set up, especially raising the legs. The canopy and walls attach to the frame with a new-to-me system that is a tab that slides over a button. It works easily and holds the entire tent snugly. The bars on the side help hold the tent in shape and keep the walls from blowing in. It rained all day of our event but we stayed comfortable. Taking down and packing up the tent was quick and easy. Everything fit back into the bag smoothly. Loved having the wheels on the legs as it made getting the tent back to the truck a breeze. We had lots of comments from other vendors about how easily we handled the tent and how good it looked.

This turned out to be a great purchase. Originally was shipped the wrong item however they made it right and sent the correct one. I had a quick turn around time frame that I needed it and it made it just in time. It is heavier than expected however easy to put up and looked great and was very sturdy for what I needed.

We set this up at the Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival last weekend alongside our ABC canopy. No comparison. This canopy is solid built, easy to set up, and we now plan on buying 3 more this year. We normally set up a 10 x 20 carport, which is time consuming and exhausting, with two 10 x 10 canopies in the back, creating a 20 x 20 set up. No more. We are no longer using the carport, and will only use these canopies. This will save us hours!!!! I usually ignore giving ratings, but we are very pleased with this canopy, and wanted to give others our input.

My wife and I are craft vendors and were in need of a new tent so we thought we would try this one. We like several of the features of the tent to include the height on the inside and the ease of erecting the tent.....HOWEVER on the 1st trip out it rained and after about 30 minutes we noticed drips on every stitching square. We reached out to the seller and they informed me that I should not use the tent in the rain. I responded that the description of their product stated that the tent offered Superior Rain Protection. They said that they would send us a new top cloth but still don't recommend using it in the rain, so the superior rain protection ISN'T so superior!!!!
