I like that my order arrived fast, neatly packaged and damage free. The box had no missing items and included instructions plus screws. It was a quick install; about 10 minutes. I used a drill and a bit but I'm sure a screwdriver will work just fine. I also used a 40w lightbulb purchased from Lowe's. I really like the openness of the fixture and the black color. If you were hoping for this to be something that you just plug and play, it is not. I do love the look of the light, the weight of it is light, and it lights up my room and fits the decor well. I would purchase this light again if I had to go back and do it all over again. My only issue was in the middle of installing the light. I realized that the bolts that they sent with the light are not long enough. You can tell by looking at the base of the light that the bolts completely flush with it rather than going far enough down to be able to fix it to the ceiling. I was able to go to the store and find both no problem it was just an additional cost for me and took up more of my time than I had anticipated during the installation. In the end, I do love the light, but double check the bolts prior to starting infestation. ... show more

This is a great, simple, well-designed light. It's solid and nicely finished. Wires are clearly marked and easy to connect. The upper wood finish portion is just painted metal, but it still gives a nice effect. I used two 800lm vintage led bulbs to complete the look. The only awkward/annoying aspect of the light is that I wish it had one of those installation hanging wires that handles the weight of the fixture while you're connecting the wires; this is a metal fixture, and it's not the lightest or easiest to support while completing the electrical. ... show more

I absolutely love the industrial farmhouse look of this fixture. It came securely packaged. It's puts off ample light with 2 bulbs, not included. The wooden base feels pretty solid and the metal cage should last for awhile I would think. It was easy to install and didn't take long at all.

This vintage styled light fixture goes perfect in my bathroom. It is made really well and was super easy to install. It uses 2 bulbs (noy included) and we have the warm white LED in it.
