I was always a Colgate Girl from way back because of the fresh clean taste. However, when it comes to whitening products, Crest has beaten out Colgate. I use this whitening toothpaste daily to supplement my twice-a-year Crest whitening strips regime. My teeth stay pretty white, even at my age and the years and years of strong dark coffee I drink, and the berries I eat as well, that can stain the teeth if I don't keep on top of it. The taste is minty--still not as good as the old Colgate I used to brush my teeth with! But it's a clean fresh taste. This is indeed a good tooth paste. I have noticed my teeth are whiter than before using this! I’m on my second box now and I’m gonna keep using this because to me the difference is just too obvious! What I love is that unlike the whitening strips this won’t cause me any sensitivity . Although the process of whitening takes longer just using this... but since I’m not in a hurry is ok for me . I have been using 3D white strips for years and have been very happy with the results. However I noticed that my adult daughter’s teeth were incredibly brighter than mine. I ask her why her hair teeth were much brighter that mine. She said , that she was using a toothpaste that made a real difference in the intensity of whiteness on her teeth. Great product, I have crowns in front and the whitening strips don't work. I use it once a day usually after dinner. This toothpaste is very good at keeping teeth and crowns all looking an even color, bright and not coffee stains or yellowing. It is not guaranteed for crowns but seems to work to keep them from darkening, particularly since I drink strong coffee. I've been using this toothpaste for roughly five years now, and I never want to change that. First and foremost, there is no nasty aftertaste. Many toothpastes have a weird aftertaste that I absolutely despise, but this is just minty. My favorite of this line is the Arctic one, but it's almost impossible to find. Radiant Mint isn't bad, it's just not as crisp and minty as the Arctic one. I'm getting off track, so here's the important thing people always wonder : YES, IT DOES WHITEN. I have no idea how long it took for me to notice, but my teeth are significantly whiter than they ever were prior to switching to this brand.
