I never knew the point of product reviews if the description wasnt helpful to others.... so I'm going to try to do this so that others know EXACTLY what they are getting. I LOVE these pants. I ordered the NEW ROYAL in size x-small. I am 5'3" and 128lbs. The small would have been way too big, baggy and long in the leg department. The x-small fits perfectly on my waist, any smaller and i may not have been able to bend over. they are a "cozy" fit around my butt and hips which i prefer cause i dont like my scrubs baggy and hanging off me like im wearing a bedsheet. If you have a more cushion-y booty and hips that don't lie, i would order a small. ;) They are a little long and i have to roll the top of the pants once but thats no big whoop to me. the bottoms are flare with a slit on the side. the material is sooo soft and when i put them on it felt like i didnt have any pants on!! haha!! There are no back pockets but you have a side pocket and two normally placed pockets. the top of these are elastic on the backside and drawstring on the frontside. I was hoping that the NEW ROYAL would match my "cherokee royal scrub top" and it did, perfectly. i will definitely be buying more of these scrubs and when i purchase a "top" i will write a review for that too. i wanted to add, which i forgot when i originally wrote this is that there IS a pocket in the back. just one. AND when i order more, i will be ordering the x-small PETITE, for i had ordered the x-small regular and i have to roll them which i said earlier was okay but now wearing them i realize that they are still too long.

I am 5'3", ~117lbs. I wear anywhere from 00-0, 24-25 size jeans. I ordered the XXS, regular length. Tho "joggers" and "skinny" styles are the current styles, I still love the "flare" and "bagger" style of these. They are made from a light, comfortable cotton material that doesn't make me start sweating five minutes into my shift. I don't care much for the fit of Grey's Anatomy tops (they are always too short and curve out too much for my taste) so I pair them with a simple v neck cut scrub top from wonder wink and it looks professional and stylish. I own many pairs of Figs scrubs but I always prefer to wear these over those. I have to admit the material of Figs is nicer, but I like the cost of these better ;). All in all, these are great.

I love these scrub pants. They fit to size; not too baggy and not too tight. I am 5' 6" and 145 lbs. and a medium fit me perfectly. I can bend down, crouch and sit in these pants comfortably. All the pockets are amazing. And while these pants are nothing but practical and comfortable, they also are quite flattering when it comes to scrub pants. 10/10 would recommend. Worth every penny.

Please note that the product, itself, is 5 stars, but the completely wrong pair of pants was sent to me. Ironically, they happen to be the same as the pair I already own (4232 - 5 pocket drawstring pant). The rest of my review will be based on model 4232, not this product, just incase you are shopping around for different Grey's pants (like I was). For reference, I am a size 27 in jeans, 5'1" (short torso, long legs), 104 lbs, and the XS regular fits perfectly around my waist, and the length was perfect - almost touching my heel. The only reason I'm shopping for a new one is because it's very loose throughout the legs, and because the material is nice and silky and not stiff, it looks a bit too baggy for my taste. I have skinny thighs and legs, so it actually might fit better on people with thicker thighs/ legs. Hope this helps with choosing sizes!

Hands down absolutely perfect. I was so worried about being able to find scrubs that were not only comfortable and stylish, but that would fit me and not make me look like a sack of potatoes! See, I am 5'3...119 pounds...very petite yet still with a very good shape. It is so so so hard to find clothes that lay right on me in the right places and fit me length wise (not to long and not to short. I purchased the xs petite and they are a perfect fit! I love the material, different from most and very comfortable! I will definitely be ordering more in the future and they will always be my brand from now on!

I love these scrubs. After years of going through scrubs that don't last due to shrinking, fading, or "wearing thin," these have held up. I love this particular fit because it has the side cargo pocket. They don't have a ton of stretch but I actually like that. I'm a PT and do a lot of bending and squatting and these scrubs keep everything covered. That said they are a bit tighter through the hips and booty but they come up almost to my waist and once they're up, they don't move. I'm almost 5'8" and hover around 160#s and wear the small tall and they are perfect to wear with Danskos, also not too long for sneakers. Personally I think they're worth every penny.

Took me a while to find what size I generally fit in scrub pants. I'm 5'6", 125 on a good day, and athletic. XS seems to be the name of the game for me in scrub sizes. I love these Grey's scrub pants (and their tops). They are soft, comfortable, and make your bootie look cute! I debated on whether or not it was worth it for me to buy higher-priced scrubs online rather than locally from our farm store in town, and it was. The fabric is so lovely and after wearing Grey's for over a year - countless washes, body fluids, long long days - they hold up swimmingly and still look fresh. Worth it!

I have this style from a few years back, I don't understand why they switched the cargo pocket to the left leg and it's a much smaller pocket and is less functional. Plus they are snug in the butt now and the legs are wider. I preferred the older style of this pant much more. Why change a good thing?
