Oh, I wanted this to fit! It looked so strange when I tried it on. I always follow the size charts, but this time it didn't help! My arms felt like stuffed sausages in the sleeves of this trenchcoat, while the bottom half ballooned out as though 3 sizes bigger than the top half of the garment.
