My complaints are minor. Potentially exacerbated some existing insomnia (although there are other culprits), the flavor is not outstanding, and it doesn't seem to dissolve 100% in the amount of water I typically use (which I admittedly have not measured). However, the flavor is far from BAD - it's actually among the best of the pre-workout powders I've tried. Also, the dissolving issue is fairly minor and vigorous stirring gets the job done acceptable well. On to the Good stuff. This has been working great for me in the development department. I am seeing rapid gains in muscle firmness and work capacity since starting, faster than with any other product I've tried. I don't "stack" - not really anyway (I also take Clear Muscle pills - basically just Leucine aminos) - and so I don't have much else besides diet and protein supplements powering my gains. Adding this, 45 mins before my workout and at other times (I'll explain) has definitely made a difference. I generally take one dose in the morning and one with dinner, except on workout days when I skip the dinner dose and take it later before my workouts. I lift between 8-10pm so I don't have to wait for machines to open up. My tracking app has me hitting 1RM PRs (based on rep counts and set weight) every time I go, usually on 3 or 4 of my 7 lifts. Before adding this stuff, I'd get maybe 1 or 2 each time, but now I'm hitting it out of the park and it feels like I'm even restraining myself a little, like I could go even harder but I'm trying to avoid injury. I'm consistently surprised by how much more I have in my gas tank than before - I'm pushing more weight than ever and taking longer to even break a sweat. I've read that sometimes these kinds of supplements can give an initial boost and then progress tapers off. That makes sense to me and doesn't indicate the supp isn't still working, it just unlocked immediate potential and is hopefully still working to make future gains happen faster. I suppose I will find out - I plan to keep buying this and see where it takes me after a year or so. Unless something crosses my radar that is an obviously better deal, I don't see me switching brands or anything. ... show more

I bought the Fruit Punch Extreme and think it tastes just fine. I know some other reviewers didn't care for it, but I guess it's personal preference. What I'm more concerned about is whether or not I'll reach the approximately 120 servings with level scoops. It doesn't look likely, but I will revisit this when it runs out and leave a total. I'm keeping track because I bought Con-Cret brand lemon lime and managed to get 2/3 or 32 out of the 48 servings that were supposed to be in it taking level scoops. I contacted their customer service twice and received no reply either time. ... show more

i bought the fruit punch because it was much cheaper than the blue razz, and based on the flavor reviews expected it to be kinda bad, but the fruit punch flavor is SOO GOOD. i’m generally not someone who would deliberately go for something labeled fruit punch but i really like this, and the scoop size is quite small but the flavor is super potent even with the small scoop and a lot of water it still stays strong, will buy again i really like this stuff!! ... show more

Good product but a few downsides.

So I’ve bought these a couple of times. Great powder for absorbing water. Blue raspberry tastes great, a little sweet and sour. But the fruit punch extreme is absolutely awful. Dry scooping the fruit punch will make your tongue burn due to how sour it is. You can barely even taste the fruit punch over the mouth puckering flavor. So I would highly suggest not getting the fruit punch. But overall the price is very reasonable for serving to mg. This would be a great candidate if you were to start creatine, and or creatine loading. Also high quality creatine for what is offered. Hope this helps you make your choice! ... show more

I've been doing bodybuilding for more than 10 years, I've tried many different types of creatine, and I can definitely say that this one is the best I've ever tasted. Strength increased after one week of use, muscle fullness also increased. And, of course, the taste of Fruit Punch is excellent.

Do not buy this for $30 , I purchased for almost $10

Excellent creatine powder, mix as well, and worked great. Downfall, this price is ridiculous. I was purchasing this for a little less than $10 and now it's $30. Do not buy this for that price. Way better options, this one was great for $10.

Great taste

Great taste, sorta like the old school popsicle from the ice cream truck. Dissolves easily. The scoop however is ridiculously short, all of about 2 inches lol. Get them gains.
