  • Wood look, high-quality filament
Color: Wood1kg Material Type: PLA
As we are 3D printing with this filament, there is a faint smell of burning wood. Maybe it's my imagination, but I think there may actually be a tiny bit of wood in there. Either way, it prints very well. No issues with the filament getting twisted or flowing through the nozzle; print quality was very good. It does have a pretty wood color and we've only had successful prints with this filament (have had issues with other filament getting tangled, breaking, not-adhering, or clogging). ... show more

  • Good Quality PLA Filaments
Color: Wood1kg Material Type: PLA
Good quality filament that color was uniform, which printed very good.

  • Great matierial
Color: Wood1kg Material Type: PLA
Been using the wood material from Creality for many years now, and I've yet to have any issues with it, even when some moisture gets to it. It is definitely a bit more brittle than other PLA filaments, but it works in my Bambu Labs AMS

  • Looks Great, But Clogs Smaller Nozzles
Color: Wood1kg Material Type: PLA
Visually, this filament is spot on—it really does have a wood-like appearance, and prints can come out looking very natural and unique. It’s great for aesthetic projects or anything where you want that faux-wood finish. However, I had consistent clogging issues with a 0.4mm nozzle. After a few failed prints, I suspect the nozzle size is the real issue, not the filament itself. If you're planning to use this, I’d strongly recommend going with a 0.6mm or larger nozzle to avoid headaches. Overall, it's a decent filament with great looks, but be prepared to tweak your setup to get it printing smoothly. ... show more

  • Awesome filament
Color: Wood1kg Material Type: PLA
I rarely review filament but I have to say this filament is awesome. Make sure you print a benchy. You can also use the normal PLA profile but make sure you slightly lower pressure on the Slicer.

  • Good quality, but needs wood pla specific settings
Color: Wood1kg Material Type: PLA
Good quality filament. Running on a Creality K1C, at a nozzle temp of 190°c, hotbed temp of 60°c, at 80mm/s. Will need at least a .6mm nozzle, otherwise the filament will eventually clog after around 30 meters.

  • Horrible filament, wasted almost 40 hours trying to print
Color: Wood1kg Material Type: PLA
Purchased the wood filament, because I wanted to print some items that are traditionally made out of wood and I thought it would look nicer using wood filament. Turned into an absolute disaster. This filament has been a nightmare to print with. I tried to print the same large item 4 times and wasted 40 hours worth of printing because the filament is wound incorrectly on the spool and it causes the filament to bind up and the printer would finish the print without filament. The first print I tried to do took nearly 7 hours to complete and around the 5 hour mark the filament bound up. These longer prints I run when I am not there. I will check on them periodically to make sure they are printing but unfortunately this spool just kept binding up towards the end of all my prints. The 2nd and third print failed around the 10 hour mark, where they would have completed just 2 hours later. Very frustrating to spend the time and have a print fail that is this large and is that far along. This time the same thing happened the filament bound up and the print finished without extruding filament. After the failure on the large prints I thought maybe I should try a shorter print, so I chose one that takes about 3 hours. The print finished and was successful, this got my hopes up that I was past the incorrectly wound filament on the spool. So I decided to try the 12 hour print again and I monitored it for the first 9 hours. Then I had to go to bed and sure enough around the 11th hour the exact same thing happened. Filament bound up and the print failed miserable. Half the spool has been wasted on nothing, except failed prints so into the garbage it goes. I tried to print 1 final item that was smaller and this time the filament clogged after 5 hours. I give up on this filament. This spool is obviously defective. The clog was strange after I removed the filament in there and replaced it with another filament I went through the extrude process from the touch screen of my K1 Printer and it spat out a dark liquid that was very sticky and the size of a jelly bean. After that it had no problem extruding black PETG or my Rainbow PLA. ... show more

  • Bad quality
Color: Wood1kg Material Type: PLA
Once again I regretted to buy a Creality product. There’s no reference on how to setup the filament correctly and clogged my hotend and need to be replaced.
