Very happy with this purchase! A complete newbie to 3d printing, I was up and printing within 90 minutes of opening the box. Have been printing almost non stop for about a month and have had no issues with the printer or the CFS. Both are working flawlessly. Errors or mistakes have been completely operator caused. If you are new to 3d printing I do warn you that you will be doing a lot of research and learning on how to operate the slicer, load and unload filament , and a 100 other things necessary to print quality items. Creality provides just the bare essentials to get started (including a very small spool of filament- be sure to order more to arrive with your machine) But it is worth it! One trick, instead of navigating Creality’s site for specific issues I use AI, specifically Gemini first - and only if I’m still concerned will I try to navigate Creality.com. Same goes for YouTube - Creality official videos are poorly done, too fast, and without verbal communication - there are tons of third party reviews and instructions that are much better to learn how to operate and maintain the machine! Great product. Assembly was easy. Works well without issues. It has a quiet mode which does make it very quiet, but then it will print slower, so i prefer normal noise and speed.

If I could give this and Amazon 0 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. Bought this and a Creality resin printer, both came missing parts and needed part replacements. Got the parts, and immediately the printer began making noises and printing offset. Spoke to Amazon, who sent me to Creality, who in turn sent me to Amazon, and now I am caught between two of the most useless customer support agencies I have ever dealt with (which is funny considering I am still to fighting with my insurance provider to cover a surgery). Both have told me to go over the same parts of the product, and both agencies are oblivious to our previous chats or calls since they always ask for me to do the same steps of disassembling and lubricating the printer. Despite having never printed once with it, I now know how to take it apart and put it back together in my sleep and it still wont work. Having tried to get a return, refund, warranty exchange, or any reasonable support for parts, I am at a loss now having been forced to keep it and get another gift as a result. I have even tried getting a Z/lead screw set for it, and good luck. No one offers a proper replacement and not even Creality apparently knows its size or length, now I am stuck with a expensive paperweight intended as a gift. I'll figure it out when I have the time to decideFor the price, you can get so many other options that have less nightmares out the box or product support. The build quality is terrible, I'm no engineer but even I can see some stupid flaws with the design. Get a Bambu lab if your new, and if you don't mind working on your printer and like Creality get anything but this. The only good to come out of this is the extra CFS unit I can now use with my K2, but this was meant as a gift. Honestly love my Creality K2 in comparison, but after this I think I'm going for any other brand. I got a Bambu Labs A1 at microcenter as a replacement gift, worked out the box and the intended recipient seems happy with it. Microcenter also offers better support policies or warranty policies, I would hesitate to get another printer from Amazon as it seems in store options are much easier to deal with.

This is my second printer, first multi color printer, and I have loved it. I use Creality Print 6 and everything that I have thrown at it prints great. I use pla filament from many vendors and I've only needed to tweak the default settings to have great prints. I've heard of people having problems, but I think if you use good quality filament and make sure it's dry when you print, this is an awesome printer.
