I own 4 other creality printers and they all work like champs. This printer gave me nothing but problems, and spent more money trying to do the recommended fixes…when I finally got to process the return UPS lost the package and now I have been informed that even though I proved I sent it…I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my money back. ... show more

    • Be aware before spending money
The media could not be loaded. Print quality is fine until you find that the build plate is stuck to the build screw. 2 months, three printers, same issue. Almost every day, print, and 2-3 weeks later screw is stuck, and you can’t unscrew it and take the build plate in or out—the same issue with three printers. Different usage on all 3 and different resin on all 3, but the problem persists. Honestly, top screw as it is on regular Halot Mage is way better and more reliable. ... show more
