The media could not be loaded. The vacuum can be a bit finicky to get started. I make sure the fitting is sealed and then put the vacuum on. The suction is impressive for something so small. Bags are sturdy and each fit (4) 1/4 rolls or 1 standard kg. Side note: super portable and the battery lasts a while, recharges with micro usb. This is a great option for camping. Use it to seal/vacuum/waterproof food and other items.

I change filament quite often, and I was looking for more bags to quickly put a spool in a vacuum instead of storing them in a more permanent place while I go back and forth. The bags themselves are very nice. The plastic is thick and they don't deform even after repeated use. I also like the threaded vacuum port. The seal is nice and tight and I haven't seen any of them allowing air to enter. The pump is so-so. I have a similar but very cheap pump that runs on 3xAAA batteries that performs much better. This Creality pump is much slower and doesn't create as strong of a final vacuum. My cheap pump evacuates the air in the bag at least 2x faster, and if I let it run for too long, it will deform the spool. If i use this one until it stops pulling out more air and attach the cheap pump, it will pull out more air that the Creality pump couldn't get. The speed difference isn't that important to me, and I suppose that this one might be safer to use. Both will run until you turn them off, and if you left the cheap one running and get distracted, you could end up with a very warped spool. This one doesn't create enough of a vacuum to bend the sides of the spools. This one has a rechargeable battery, which is more convenient than needing to swap batteries. The pump also comes with some inflater attachments. You can insert them into the pump's exhaust port on the bottom next to vacuum pump and use it as a very small portable inflator. This comes with bags of desiccant to add to your spools if you want to store them long-term, but for some reason, they're shipped loose in the box instead of in a sealed plastic bag. I don't know how saturated they are or how long they've been sitting in a box. I might pop them in the microwave for a while and store them in one of the spare bags until I need them. This isn't an expressive kit, and the bags are higher quality than some other filament storage bags that I've used. The pump works, and if I didn't have one that was more powerful, I would probably be happy with this one. In my opinion, the kit is worth the cost for the bags alone.

Bought this product with the battery-powered vacuum pump thinking it would vacuum seal the bags quickly and easily. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The vacuum pump is so weak it goes on for minutes and minutes and you can barely notice a difference inside the bag sucking any air out. The bags even though are made of average material are a bit big for a single filament spool, and too small to fit more than one spool, so it wastes some bag space for just one spool of filament. Also the valve on the bag is quite big and the cap screw protrudes from the bag making it harder to store inside the filament original box. The product is so bad, I decided to buy the sunlu brand of vacuum bags with a manual vacuum pump, and it was quite a difference in quality, bag design and efficiency of the pump and for less money . I wouldn't recommend these creality vacuum bags, they're bad and the battery powered vacuum pump doesn't even work as it should. Dont waste your money on this.

Nothing really special about these...just standard vacuum bags. They are the perfect size for a 1kg roll of filament tho. The included hand held vacuum is really nice. You get everything needed in one package.

The most important feature of a vacuum sealer system is for the bags to remain sealed. A few of the valves leaked and the bags would lose their vacuum within a few minutes. This makes those bags useless. While I found the vacuum pump adequte for vacuuming out the air of the bags, I cannot recommend this solution overall.

This vacuum bag set works really well with my rolls of open filament. The filament rolls fit in the bags and once I put the included desiccant gel pack in I'm ready to vacuum seal the bag. The vacuum itself works really well and I really like that it's cordless. The suction from the vacuum creates a very tight seal.

The pump is your bottleneck with this product, but thankfully, it's easily addressable; get a different pump. The pump DOES work, mind you... just isn't powerful enough to pull all of the air out of these bags. The bags themselves work amazingly well and even after a week or more, the filament rolls I sealed (using a different pump) are still holding.
