I am a first time 3D printer user. As expected there was a learning curve at first. Assembly was not too hard. I tried to fallow some YouTube videos. Many had their own versions of beginning adjustments, and tricks to delay breakdowns. It ended up, that I took about twice as long assembling it as was advertised. I have owned it for about 1-month now. I have printed 20 objects. When the adjustments were correct, and the program compatible, the printer worked well. (I adjusted the speed a bit slower. The “print head changed directions so fast, that I did not have a solid enough table to stop vibrations.) There was one thing that puzzled me. Using the exact same Gcode. program and printing the same part one right after the other, the parts ended being about .05mm different in size. I like the self leveling feature, and the ease of use of the printer in general. I don’t know what other machines are on the market, but I’m impressed that the machine that I got has worked so well at such a reasonable price.

GRAND SLAM. I expected to do a lot of calibration. I was WRONG. this device was delivered with 0.05 mm acuracy when I printed the calibrate cube. Use the Creality filament if you want the results. BTW, it comes with 20 meteres PLA to play with! Creality Print is fairly intuitive. Could be some better help there, but I'm used to CAD software in the first place. USE CREALITY crap if you want results. Calibration is meant for generic filament. Do your self a favor, BUY ccreality, and PRINT instead of farting around with settings!

1) machine is not worth buying. It broke after a month of my son using it. 2) it kept breaking sien every time we problem solved based on what customer service would tell us to do to fix it. 3) their customer service sucks too! They only tell you to buy more parts. We did that 5xs and same issue it wouldn’t work. 4) we had no other choice but to keep it because they stopped answering emails. My poor son used it 5xs and couldn’t do anything else with it. I’d give them a 0!

This printer works great. I assume this is considered an entry level printer. It does have some nice advanced features like auto bed leveling. I have created some nice models and also destroyed the bed that came with it. I strongly suggest you read up on the in's and out's of 3D printing before you jump into the use of it. I was a complete novice and made a mistake in the settings. It doesn't seem to pick up the setting from the slicing as far as nozzle and bed temperature. Still is a great printer once you learn what you are doing.

It's not a bad printer, but after a while, you'll start to have issues with it. Issues like SD corruption. The SD card it provided has corrupted on me so many times. There are times when you insert the SD card into the reader it gives or into the printer, and the card cannot be found unless formatted- EVEN WHEN the card is formatted correctly to FAT32. When swapping out filament, the printer deforms the print at the start, and sometimes it turns the print into spaghetti. I had to change up the supports in the slicer, and wipe down the bedsheet with alcohol numerous of times before the filament fully sticks on and prints properly.
