Total garbage, Does not work PERIOD. Does not work wireless or wired with Windows PC, Android Phone, Tablet The manual is wrong according to Creality tech support. All the wired diagrams in the documentations (incl.manual) will not work according to Creality tech support without the wireless box connected. Tried to connect to windows 11 pc 1st. The wireless connects to the ferret and I loose internet as stated in manual. Then next step is to install app software. Can't do is internet is down. Disconnect, reconnect network, download software, install, reboot. Attached wifi to ferret. The ferret apparently acts as a wifi access point. Tried to run software on pc, it says "no scanner". Their software cannot connect to their scanner. I tried 6 ways to Sunday, no luck. Gave up and repeated attempt on a tablet. No luck whatsoever. Gave up on the tablet and went to phone. Followed instructions in manual for wireless. (see picture) Installed app, tried to run app and it ends in screen saying security is not high enough (see pic). It states that their wireless bridge on the scanner is insufficient security-wise to use in their app ! How the double L am I supposed to do anything about this ? What complete Idiots. In 2 days of trying this is the closest I got to operation. Their device isn't secure enough for their software program ! Whoa buddy ! So I got on Creality's web site and had to create an account (welcome to the 21st century) just to talk to tech support. After much time and chat-dancing, the tech said that you "have" to use the wireless box on the scanner or it won't work. I tried as hard as possible to get him to admit that the manual was TOTALLY WRONG. But alas I was a failure. See the attached photo of the manual regarding "wired" connections. Notice NO wireless box in diagrams. Regardless, with or without the wireless box the thing is a failure. I never even got to a point where the scanner was recognized by their own programs (excuse me...apps). So in recapping, wireless is garbage (software probably written by ai) wired is garbage manual is lies conclusion: Worthless Trying to return to Amazon, and only 2 options for return are Whole-foods or Staples, both are 10+ miles away. Never mind that there is a UPS store 1/2 mile away. AI again at work I suppose. How YOU DOIN ? :)

I am on the fence regarding if I am going to keep this. It really struggles to keep a lock on objects, and marker mode doesn't even pickup on the markers and start scanning.

I am shocked that all these reviews are not one star. They certainly are on the Creality website. This unit does not work with iPhones. Says it does, but never connects. You will spend hours and never get it to work.
