One of those tools that you didn’t know you needed and won’t know until you do. For uneven seams, butted seams, shifting support studs, the only way to get an even seam is to start off with a level wall. Using this, you can get those edges more level to make taping much easier and reduce the amount of mud you’ll need to float that seam out for a flat wall. If you don’t get that edge down before taping, you may not get a flat seam at all and if you do, it’s going to take a lot more work and compound. Use this, it’s easier and faster than fixing it after the tape is already on. Take my word for it. ... show more
