The snowblower itself is great! Ours was packaged with a bag of oil that had opened in transit and was all over the snowblower and the instructions. Amazon was awesome about it. We cleaned it and were good however, hoping they take our suggestion and change the way they package these from now on.

I dislike the fact that you have to manually move the nozzle around to shoot out the snow... I wish it would’ve came with a stick of some sort to maneuver the disposal to shoot out the snow

I thought from the discription and price that I was orderding the electric start model and in fact it said it was - arrived with the chute control and pull start missing I found it at Lowes for same price assembled with all parts on it in stock This was a 80th birthday gift for my uncle and he is very disappointed that he has to wait to have parts to put it completely together - he was showing it off at his 80th bday party and very imbarrassed as well ... show more
