I did follow the instruction even on YouTube. Once I put on the infinity loop it was getting stuck on the tracks of the ring. I had my husband, and my 2 sons try to help me and no luck. I then turned to YouTube videos and still it did not work. I am very disappointed. Maybe it's me or maybe it's the product. ... show more
