It is definitely worth the cost. Yes, it is very easy to assemble. It is kinda hard, so it's not uncomfortable, but it's not comfortable either. It is very easy to use. The only thing I don't like about it is, it's loud.

It's a good idea. Concept. Great quality. Very sturdy for such a cheap price. The fit which can be adjusted by removing links to fit your waist. I do suggest wearing a shirt prior to having it around your waist to prevent burns and injury. For me it wasn't easy to use. I couldn't get it to spin for more than a minute. It kept falling. But it did work my core once I get started with it and rev up my heart rate. But it just wasn't for me. ... show more

I thought this would be great for exercise and lose a few pounds but its not as easy as I thought. You really need to get the ball moving or it just keeps sticking and I just can't get it to move smoothly. Maybe you will have better luck.

I had my doubts based on the price being so much cheaper than others, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this. It is easy to assemble, although I suspect it’s not as well made as others. The rolling mechanism doesn’t roll as smoothly as it should and tends to catch on some links, and I suspect that’s not supposed to be the case. That’s why I only gave it 4 stars. However—it’s low-impact and effective. I just played around it a few minutes after it came, learning to use it, and I can feel my abs, gluts, and legs tightening up. Would a more expensive, better built hoop be better? I’m sure. Is it worth it if you can get this much more affordable one that maybe doesn’t glide around as easily as it should?
