Additionally, the adjustment straps are extremely useful in adjusting how tight you need your brace for any given time. The primary velcro piece is sizable enough to still be useful for times you gain or lose a few pounds. The back alignment pieces are rigid enough for support, but don't interfere with bending or turning.

This works very well for my husband. I got it for him because he has a growing hernia that he’s gonna have to have surgery on and for him to do anything that has lifting or bending it Helps plus he has some back issues that are causing leg problems he didn’t know it was from his back until he went to physical therapy. The physical therapist saw his new brace this one instead of just the white stretch one that goes around him and he said that this was a superior one to use very happy with it and it’s at a great price point! Five stars!

purchased May 31, 2025, Elastic Abdominal Binder Lower Waist Support Belt Got this to help fix my Diastasis Recti, you know when your 6-pack turns in to 2 triples and moves to the sides. Needed something to hold things close while I do the exercises to mend them back together. Looks nicely made with good stitching. Has 5 ridged splints in the back to give plenty of back support and the material is very breathable. The tension straps do their job to keep everything tight unlike those that are nothing more than wide elastic bands. All in all, I think it will do the job I bought it for, plus it helps my back also.

not much dfferent than a weight belt. the front where the hernia is is thin and the back is huge so its very supportive of my back but after hernia surgery that wasnt my goal

If I only needed to stand around then this would be great. I gave it a three because as soon as I sat down it got pushed up or the bottom flipped up. It does help but this is one of those binders that is designed for just the right shape and my shape isn’t it. It’s easy to use once you figure out all the straps. I do still try it on sick days when I’m just laying in bed. Wishing it worked for when I’m at my desk all day, or working around the yard.
