Not working properly after less than 2 months and customer service not responding with a resolution
Size: Single Serve Coffee Maker
I purchased this in early December 2025 and set it up and started using it in January 2026. I generally brew one cup of coffee every day; only occasionally is a second cup brewed. In mid February, I began having issues where the cup size wasn't being recognized correctly (i.e. I would choose a 12 oz cup but only 8 oz or less would brew. I have only used distilled water since the beginning as instructed in the booklet that came with the coffee maker. I also followed the set up instructions before the first use as outlined in the booklet. The last two times I tried to brew a cup in mid February, water started spewing from around the k-cup capsule and went all over the countertop. At this point, although the 'clean' light wasn't lit, I tried cleaning with the water and vinegar as outlined in the booklet. The same problems continued after cleaning. The hole from the brewing capsule and the pin hole in the top of the compartment are all open. On February 23rd, I tried calling the number listed on the booklet and website but got a message that the person I was trying is not accepting calls, please try again later. I received that same message on several occasions that day and the next day. On February 25th, I submitted a message to Customer Service via Cowsar's website. I received a reply back that day asking for me to e-mail a copy of my receipt and send a video showing the problem (even though I had already explained the problem in detail). I was told it would be passed along to an 'engineer' to review/troubleshoot the issue. I e-mail a copy of the receipt, but when I tried sending two different videos (one 5 minutes, and one 2 minutes) but both said they were too large. Anything shorter wouldn't provide the full scope of the problem. I alerted Cowsar via e-mail that the videos would not load, and again gave detailed explanation of the issue. I have not heard back from them since February 25th although I have sent messages two times since then asking for an update. I am not only disappointed and frustrated with the product itself, but also with the lack of response from Cowsar. I would NOT recommend this product.

Perfect for quick cups of coffees.
Size: Single Serve Coffee Maker
So far, I’m loving this coffee maker! It delivers fresh, hot coffee in seconds as it should and it seems to work great. The touch screen is not super easy to use but it works and it seems like it will last a long time. The water tank in the back could be a little bigger but it’s easy to get to so it’s no biggie to take the lid off and pour in more water. The entire machine is the perfect size to sit on my counter, right beside my bigger coffee machine without taking up that much more space. I still use my bigger, Shark machine to make cappuccinos and iced coffees when I or my wife wants one. I use the smaller unit for quick cups of coffee without all the extra work. I highly recommend this machine.

Nice little machine
Size: Single Serve Coffee Maker
To be perfectly honest this little machine came very close to being returned a couple times. And I'll tell you the story. When I first unpacked it I was impressed by the secure Packaging and the overall care that it was shipped with. That being said once unpacked and all the bits and pieces examined I plugged it in and proceeded to run water through it several times testing the different ounces to make sure they measured up. Everything was working fine and perfect. The next morning I proceeded to make my very first cup of coffee. Unfortunately it tasted like I was drinking a cup of plastic!. This was very disappointing I debated did I want to settle for this or did I want to try and fix it. I proceeded to try and fix it by running water through the machine over and over again. I must have gone through 2 gallons of water before the smell of plastic wasn't as detectable anymore in the hot water. I then proceeded to have another cup of coffee which I was a little bit hesitant about because obviously coffee isn't cheap. This cup passed the test. The plastic smell and taste was gone for the most part. I can only assume the rest of it will leave with continued use. That being said that problem was solved. Additional bonuses are that it takes much less real estate than my old Keurig did. So little so that I had room for a little extras for my coffee setup. Overall I'm satisfied with this machine I took away one star because of all the extra work that was involved in trying to get it to not smell like plastic. So be warned you will have a little work ahead of you when you get this machine, but it's worth it because it's a nice compact little coffee machine it's working quite well.

Just as repported - Breaks down in 6 months

I purchased this coffee maker as a gift for my wife. She loved it - for 6 months - then it just stopped working. The lights came on but no one was at home. No matter what button you pushed, it just wouldn't work. Tossed it in the trash, bought a different brand. We'll see how this one goes. To be fair, all the reviews - I mean the real reviews from people such as myself who aren't being compensated and don't receive free gifts to talk up a product, people who report the actual conditions encountered - said it would fail in 6 months. Like an idiot, I bought the damn thing anyway. Sure enough, 6 months. I guess in a way, it lived up to its reputation. So there you go.

A MORNING MUST!

Great narrow design coffee maker. Relatively quiet and quick. Easy touch controls, preset for a 10 cup but you have the ability to change sizes. Also, the ability to use ground coffee or pods. Even though it’s a small maker it allows for travel mug as well. Does what fancy machines do for a fraction of the cost.
