Chairs are nice, sturdy, and easy to put together. All of the predrilled holes lined up so assembly was easy. However, three of the four bars between the legs need wood screws. The bars have predrilled holes, but they screw into the legs which do not. The instructions say you need a Phillips screwdriver to put these in, but my husband used a drill. The black color is a matte finish, which looks nice and is easy to clean, but also shows a lot of dirt- especially if you have a toddler. I picked these chairs partially because they have a higher weight limit, 350lb, versus the 250lb most others listed. My husband is about 230lb and he can sit on them without feeling like they will break.

These chairs are great quality and sturdy. My husband was impress with the quality when it assembled them. The reason for the 4 starts instead of 5 is because the bolts for the front legs of the chairs wouldn't work. He had to create another way to make it work. Otherwise, these are great! I love the look, size and everything else about them.

Love these stools which are sturdy but not too heavy. They slide easily with felt pads attached to legs. Finish matches perfectly with refinished table. Simple & quick to assemble. Would definitely buy again!
