These came very well packaged with clear instructions. The material used is top quality as is the design. The footrest cross member has a protectant strip over the wood, which was a thoughtful addition for such a reasonably priced item. I can't speak highly enough about the quality - The swivel is made of heavy-duty metal, not the flimsy stuff I can bend with my hand, and good ball-bearing movement. The seating is well upholstered with the seat back pre-attached so it comes together seamlessly. Best of all, I feel comfortable when I sit on it and it doesn't creak, moan, or wobble with my plus size (290#).

Let me first start off the bar stools are better in person than the photos. The wood legs are strong and sturdy very well made. I was scared it was going to be cheaply made. Not at all. I was even surprised the foot rest has a metal plate that keeps the wood from being scratched up by shoes making it last longer. A Plus!!!! Pros: good quality, nicely made, mechanism are very good and not cheap. Looks very elegant. I hope the cushion last and doesnt flatten out over time and stays stiff. Spins smoothly so far. The foot rest plate and height adjustments on each leg is a good add on. Easy instruction to put it together. Cons: just wish it was already put together. Can't say any negative as they are new. I hope the quality holds up once Being used over time.

Love these stools , good quality for the amount paid. Easy to assemble. Gives your area an elegant look. Reached out to the supplier do to chair had some slight threading issue . They were very helpful in assisting with a refund or an exchange. Great bang for your buck!

I spent a lot of time looking for these barstools. I bought eight Counter Height barstools and four bar height barstools. I have a large kitchen and I wanted the bar and counter height stools to match. I looked at many chairs on several sites before deciding to purchase these. I was very skeptical because I needed 12 chairs and I didn't want to be disappointed with poor quality chairs. I read all the reviews! I'm so glad I bought these chairs. The legs are definitely sturdy REAL WOOD! The seat of the chair has a very sturdy comfortable high back. I have a very bad back so the high back chair was very important to me. The chairs swivel very nicely. There is nothing cheap about them at all! The faux leather looks and feels like real leather. There is even a nice metal footrest so you don't damage the wood with your feet. We had problems with one of the chair legs and could not get it assembled. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately and I have a replacement chair on the way! Exceptional customer service! When I spend this type of money, $1,600 on 12 chairs, it was important to me to have a quality chair and great customer service. I got both! Do not hesitate to buy these chairs. You will be just as pleased as I am! My kitchen looks amazing! Money very well spent. I believe have these chairs for many years to come! Thank you Lime for providing great customer service!

I was extremely nervous about ordering these online. I feared they would be damaged and the return difficult. They came in 2 separate deliveries, but just within days. No damage. Yeah! I have assembled many chairs in my life and I could easily tell these were engineered with care and precision. Every hole for screws was positioned perfectly making assembly very easy. The position of the rails connecting the legs was positioned perfectly so as two rails did not meet at the same spot on the legs which would cause a weak spot at that point. (I have seen other manufacturers do this and it caused the legs to break easily during assembly). There was even a metal protector on one of the rails so your feet would not damage the wood. The swivel assembly was very high end and heavy steel with smooth ball bearings to allow for a seemless and smooth turn while sitting. In my opinion, these chairs could have cost more so I am very pleased with the overall purchase. I would buy again and will look for this manufacturer for the dining chairs. To top it off, the seller was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to my questions. In this day and age where quality has gone down and price has gone up, this transaction was the opposite. Quality was high and cost was low. Very nice!

My husband put them together easily and quickly. All the hardware for the chairs and tools to put the chairs together come packaged well. The chairs are comfortable and feel extremely sturdy. The legs are real wood, not manufactured, the fabric on the chairs (I got the grey fabric not the faux leather) is beautiful and smooth. It’s a quality piece you will not regret this purchase.
