HORRIBLE COUCH I'm writing this review to caution you against purchasing this couch. It’s honestly one of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I've ever encountered. You might as well just sit on the floor! After only a few uses, it's already starting break, and I assure you, I’m well within the weight limit. I don’t have kids or pets that could have caused any damage, so the wear and tear is truly baffling. The couch feels like a flimsy combination of cardboard and springs—I'm not exaggerating. The cushions are far thinner than advertised, and the overall construction is shockingly poor. I did all their suggestions to try and fluff it up, but this is a scam. NOT AS ADVERTISED. I cannot stress this enough: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service about a return, they informed me that I would have to pay $300 to $400 for return shipping. It’s incredibly frustrating that they even asked me to bear the cost of returning a product that is clearly defective and not as described. It’s not even fair to ask that, so I can re take the product down and then have to pay for that. Perhaps you should consider improving your product descriptions and quality control. Pro: Pretty, lightweight, easy to assemble, modern design, easy to remove cat fur, nice for small apartments/rooms Con: I'm constantly afraid if I sit too hard or shift to hard, I'm going to break it; comfort level for sitting is 3 out of 5; nap comfort level is 3 out 5; the back rest makes me nervous; I had to use extra building materials to secure the backrest to the arms. This couch is great! Although my husband and I sold the couch shortly after purchasing it- it was only due to it being too small for my husband who is 6’1. (We just didn’t measure what length of the couch we needed). However the couch is comfy and easy to assemble. The cushions are a little less plump than the pictures on the website show but still very comfy. And need to be ironed out. Shipping was quicker than expected too. Absolutely love it!!! I was skeptical at first since there were little reviews but this is a great small living room/first apartment couch. The material is velvety and comfortable, and the assembly was super quick and easy! Its also exactly the emerald green color i was hoping for!

Pros: I have a couch, It's the right color, The plugs work, IT HAS POCKETS. ♡ It was easy to put together, instructions were pretty detailed besides at a few areas just use common sense. If you don't have any; borrow some. Cons: It's a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be. It smelled really bad of lye, (So have to wash cushion covers immediately,) thanks for keeping it sterile. Overall review: You get what ya pay for. I'm sure the couch will become more comfortable as I wash the cushion covers and actually use it. 😅 It's nice and the cup holders and side pockets are cool. ... show more
