A very pretty teal blue weighted blanket. This is a queen size in the photo. Note that weighted blankets do NOT drape over the sides any, due to weight. It covers the length and width of the top of the bed, that's all. Some of the faux fur is loose upon first opening of the package, you can clean it up by using a hand vac with no brush setting on. It's fine after that. The underneath is a soft sherpa type fabric. Due to the way the blanket is sewn together, it breathes well, so you don't get overheated underneath all the furry weight.

This is my new throw blanket on the crouch. Love the feel of it keeps me nice and warm. The weight is perfect, even my husband tries to steal it. Also my granddaughter trys to take every time will have to get her one.

This blanket is everything I'd hoped it would be and more. The colors are gorgeous. It is soo soft on both sides. The 48 x 72 size is great for cuddling into on the couch, but also for generously covering my side of our queen size bed at night. The fifteen pounds is heavier than I expected and feels very comforting and soothing. One thing I worried about was whether it would be too hot (I'm in Florida 🥵), but it's not at all. We have many other blankets that are thinner but make me overheat. This must have some magical built-in breathability because it doesn't make this post menopausal woman hot, just calm and cozy. If it has any downsides I suppose they would be that 1) it's pretty heavy so moving it every day from sofa to bed might not be for everyone so maybe keep it in your preferred spot, and 2) washing suggestions are to either spot clean or use commercial washer. I'll gladly take it to the laundromat once every so often. It's totally worth it!

Doesn't look like a typical weighted blanket. It looks more like a regular throw blanket. It's really soft too. We use it as a throw blanket on our couch for TV watching. While you can curl up with it, it's large enough that you don't HAVE to curl up with it.
