The media could not be loaded. Just out of the box and plugged in. Fridge seems to operate fine, the problem would be that none of the buttons are functioning. I can’t turn on the light or adjust the temp in any way. If the manufacturer will contact me and tell me if I am missing something here, or how to fix it, I will change my rating. I have not found a way to get in contact with them, which is not great either :/ Update: the seller reached out to me! After trying the troubleshooting ideas they gave me, we determined that the buttons were still non-functioning. They offered me a full refund to resolve the situation. Since I need the refrigerator to have an adjustable temp, and need to purchase a different one to put in a built in space, I did accept the refund. Kuddos to Weili for the customer service!!! Thank you!

My main concern is that the instructions say you may damage the unit if you adjust the thermostat. I mean, isn't that what the dial is for? I haven't had any major issues so far. The documents also did not include any manufacture's information at all. No phone number to call if you have any issues, so expect no product support. Initially there was condensation on the outside of the door glass, but seemed to go away after a couple days. I bought this because the size and the front exhaust so that I could slip it into a cabinet. I would be looking for another unit to replace it if I could find the same size, but it seems this is a one off. Update: The unit lasted three years almost to the day. I suspect the compressor has gone bad because it was making a high pitch hammering noise before it went warm. I really don't think three years is an appropriate life span.

I purchased this mini frig/cooler for the office. So far it is great! I luv the blue light and it is whisper quiet. I stocked it with all my favorite beverages & have room for snacks Everything stays perfectly chilled. And luv the lock on the door—— ensures the door will stay closed and avoids spoilage. 5star performance. This frig continues to perform & garner complements from all my coworkers. If you are looking for a small refrigerator without an icebox—— this one is definitely the way to go.

This fridge was the perfect size for our space, however the shelf system was terrible. There were 4 tracks - 2 on each side - where you could insert brackets to hold each shelf. The brackets would not stay connected - they popped in and out way too easily. In addition, the shelves moved a good bit on the brackets. When we tried to load a few cans on one of the shelves, a bracket popped off and the shelf fell. That's when we decided to return it. Lighting was nice.

The shipping box came demolished, however there was only a couple of dents in the back where it cannot be seen. FYI, always take a picture of how it was delivered! CONS: - DIAL THERMOSTAT IN THE BACK. (Maybe better in the long run, since there are lest electronics). Just hard to get to once it is filled. It should have been placed up front. - Internal fan is nice, but once again, in the back and negates the purpose if blocked. Would have been better to place fan in the outside rear of fridge to keep the condensor cool since it does produce a lot of heat when under counter. - Shelves are unstable, however its tricky to set, you have to get it just right and tap it lightly with a hammer to engage securely, otherwise a small zip tie can secure it just like how they were shipped. Maybe hot glue would work also. It also helps to raise the front so that it is at an angle so that the drinks slide back and not forward. -LED is nice but SOOO BRIGHT! Solution, I used electrical tape on both sides to block 50% of each side of the light bar. -NO INTERNAL TEMP GAUGE. It would have been nice to have one built in for the price. I placed one inside just to see if the undercounter placement was getting to warm for it. -NON-REVERSIBLE DOOR. It has the potential to flip it around, however you will have to drill and fabricate the lock somehow. Not worth the risk since you may compromise its ability of the door stay as a sealed unit. -DOES NOT HOLD MUCH, if you plan on placing water bottles and not block the internal fan and also have regular access to the thermostat dial, you lose about 30% of the space for cans. PROS - QUIET, virtually no sound unless the condenser kicks in and its very mild. - UNDERCOUNTER, like the idea that it is designed to be in an enclosed space. But only had it for a week, so we will see. - COLDNESS - If it helps anyone, I keep my fridge at "MID" thermostat setting and it stays at 48 Deg F. I don't need it any colder, just bought this so that kids stay out of the main fridge, and they don't care how cold they are. SUMMARY Basically for a $400 price tag, you can find better FREESTANDING drink fridges with more room and better features, however, if you plan on placing it in an enclosed place or undercounter where there is not a lot of air flow, then this is the cheapest you will find. I imagine its designed to handle the low air flow and for it not to compromise internal temp like the freestanding ones. So basically what your paying for is NOT the convenience, per se, but the engineering and its longevity. I placed a freestanding fridge in my island and it went out after a year and it would never get colder than 57-60F because it produced a lot of heat. So if you are looking for an undercounter fridge than this will get your foot in the door and hopefully it will last us a long time. Otherwise similar undercounter, island fridges are easily over $600.
