This is not a device suitable for commercial use. That said, it is a great price for a decent machine and a lot of fun at parties! The best thing is that it has adjustable temperature! Only get a machine with this feature! Getting a great puff of cotton candy is a delicate balance of temperature. It has to be hot enough to melt the sugar, but cool enough that the sugar solidifies before hitting the side of the bowl. It takes practice and patience (I made a lot of side-wall rock candy before figuring it out) but this machine can do the job. Make sure you practice before your party. I recommend outdoors. The media could not be loaded. I love it I made 20 bags the first day, works great n be on ur toes cause it works fast also. Very fun for the kids n very easy to assemble n very very easy to clean. The taste is on point

We bought it for work events and staff appreciation weeks, so far we have used it twice and for what we use it for, such a great investment! It’s sturdy, works well, easy to use, and relatively simple to clean minus a few crevices. I would definitely recommend.

I actually really do like this cotton candy machine! It's built very sturdy and is easy to clean. The directions were a bit unclear but a quick Google of your questions can help you out! Remember to turn the machine off when adding the sugar- trust me I learned the hard way! The sugar will fly everywhere, feels like little knives hitting your skin and leaves sticky residue all over I would highly suggest getting the machine with a dome if you are a clutz like me! ... show more

Works good. Makes some cotton fly in the air while making but not really a problem. Easy to clean. Does leave some mess on the surfaces around the machine. No complaints though.

I bought this back in February but only opened it in May. (Stupid me) Right away noticed that it's been used, even though I paid for a new one. It wasn't completely clean and had gunk here and there. I read the manual, cleaned it, let it run for a couple minutes before turning on the heat. The voltmeter arrow started moving and it started heating but stopped after 10 seconds. Tried all the troubleshooting options without luck. Very disappointed, since it's too late to return for a replacement. ... show more
