This is not a device suitable for commercial use. That said, it is a great price for a decent machine and a lot of fun at parties! The best thing is that it has adjustable temperature! Only get a machine with this feature! Getting a great puff of cotton candy is a delicate balance of temperature. It has to be hot enough to melt the sugar, but cool enough that the sugar solidifies before hitting the side of the bowl. It takes practice and patience (I made a lot of side-wall rock candy before figuring it out) but this machine can do the job. Make sure you practice before your party. I recommend outdoors. Our screened in pool patio was perfect for cleanup. Skip the flavored sugars and make your own with Flossine.

The media could not be loaded. I love it I made 20 bags the first day, works great n be on ur toes cause it works fast also. Very fun for the kids n very easy to assemble n very very easy to clean. The taste is on point

We started with one of those ~$50 "novelty" vintage style cotton candy machines. They work, but take 10 minutes to heat up and 10 minutes per serving - kids lose interest waiting in line and the amount of candy is underwhelming. This machine is huge and awesome. Warm up for 3-4 minutes. aiming for ~95 on the voltmeter. Drop in a scoop of sugar and poof - instant cotton candy faster than you can grab it. To clean - while running, pour water into the sugar container. Be ready for lots of steam. Love it.

I actually really do like this cotton candy machine! It's built very sturdy and is easy to clean. The directions were a bit unclear but a quick Google of your questions can help you out! Remember to turn the machine off when adding the sugar- trust me I learned the hard way! The sugar will fly everywhere, feels like little knives hitting your skin and leaves sticky residue all over I would highly suggest getting the machine with a dome if you are a clutz like me!
