Only reason for giving it 4 stars is because you can’t use unless it’s plugged in. I didn’t realize this, I thought it was rechargeable when I purchased. Not only did it arrive without the bag, but the shiatsu massager itself made loud noises and the mesh covering the shiatsu part was very thin. I returned it the next day, and received my refund within two days. Even if the bag were included and the shiatsu worked perfectly I would have returned it for the fact that it was made with thin materials that would ensure that the machine would not have lasted long. It would’ve torn through the mesh fabric fairly quickly as I use shiatsu daily.
