I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I couldn’t pass up a chance to help another chronic neck pain sufferer out. I’ve had chronic neck pain for years and I’m only 31. I spent a few hundred dollars on different pillows over the last several years - even splurging and buying an expensive down one from The Company Store - all to no avail as the pain was relentless. I took a chance on this pillow and am so glad I did. The first night I kept all the stuffing in and it was much too firm for me. However, after that night I removed several (like ten) handfuls of stuffing, as others have suggested, and gave it a go. Since that night I have had a SIGNIFICANT reduction in pain!! The pillow has a way of molding to your head and neck and you can move the stuffing in just the right position so that it gives you great support. It has been almost two weeks since I received this pillow and I haven’t woken up with neck pain once!! This is an honest review. Give this pillow a try if you were desperate like me. I was skeptical that this would be better than my much more expensive pillow that needed replaced after many years of use. I had bought the Cosy House sheets which i ADORE and are half the price of the sheets I've bought from Dillard's for years, so thought I'd give the pillow a try. It's absolutely amazing! I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud! I did take out about a gallon bag of filling and it's perfect! There was a slight smell to the filling, but once I zipped it shut and put a pillowcase on it my very sensitive nose was fine! I've had no sweaty head or neck since using it! And I'm not sure why, but absolutely no back pain when I wake up! I just wish they made a mattress! ... show more

These pillows are wonderful and feel luxuriously expensive at a reasonable price. I like a very fluffy pillow but my husband likes a flatter, firmer pillow. This set of to pillows I purchased, amazingly fit both our needs for a cool, comfortable night's sleep. I'm very very pleased with them. Will see how well they hold up as time goes by, bit even if they need replacing after six months etc, I will still be very pleased and will definitely purchase again. ... show more

I have neck issues and have tried so many pillows over the years, I can't even count. This pillow is absolute perfection! Since the memory foam is in pieces, you can pull some out to customize. I have not liked any of my previous purchases memory foam pillows so I was a bit unsure of this one. The Luxury Shredded Foam Pillow feels different. I was very surprised by the comfort in my first two nights of sleeping with this pillow. I did not wake up as often to adjust the pillow. I gave 4 stars for pain relief because I need a longer trial....I may need to take out a very small amount of foam to get pillow perfection. I'll update my review in 2 weeks if I feel differently about my purchase. Updated: to 5 stars. I have slightly adjusted my pillow by removing a small amount of the shredded foam...very easy to do. I really like the feel of these, although they are a tiny bit lumpy feeling which isn't a deal breaker. I got them so I could adjust the stuffing as it is very hard for me to find perfect pillows. The only draw back is the zipper on the inner pillow. You have to be very very careful as the zipper will jam and be ruined very easily. Fortunately I was able to replace the zipper on one of them after I wrecked the zipper when I adjusted the fill for the first time. I was lucky with the other one but I expect it will go if I ever adjust again. But at least I know I can fix. They should pay more attention to the construction of the inside zippers which are not made to use very much. ... show more
