Please be aware before you purchase this model or make that they are not making it for standard US plumbing hookups. I don't know if it is British or Chinese but definitely not US. I am a contractor and I'm returning them not only for that reason but also the installation is extremely complicated unnecessarily bother some and the features on it are not even close to other US-made competing products. This is the best example of you get what you pay for. Other than the look of it it's not very useful or functional at all. ... show more

    • Comes with wrong fittings for install in USA.

The install was very difficult due to the British Standard pipe thread connector. Multiple plumbing stores didn't have the adapter to NPT, looks so close to NPT that two different professional plumbing supply companies sold me adapters they said would work but even with tons of Teflon tape, still dripped. Plumbing location is also tight, I had to move source pipe for valve to fit. The toilet looks great, it worked great for about 1 week. Now auto seat open fails. It tries to open but only gets 1/4 way open then drops closed. Also seat on highest temp is not very warm, or takes a long time to get warm. Same with wash water. Doesn't get as warm as our other Bidet seat. My wife complains that the flush is loud. Compared to flush and refill on a tank based toilet it is much louder, but it is faster. I paid about $100 extra to get the version with the automatic seat lid thinking the higher end model would be higher quality. Not sure if the seat is not heating because it thinks the lid is closed. I cannot find how to get technical support for this product. ... show more
