Bought this In April 2023 remodel my house thinking it was a quick remodel, but remodel and inspection did not finalize until July of 2024. Start using the toliet in July of 2024, works great until it didn't. Stop flushing late Dec to to early Jan of 2025. Contact the seller, spoke to Ada, she was helping until she stop replying back. Try to have amazon reach out to help bit they can't do anything as they said. Pls be aware of this seller, toliet looks great, but the inside is not . Has no manual flush, so I'm out of a toliet .. dead in 6 months. Don't buy from them. Wish I could give negative stars.

The install was very difficult due to the British Standard pipe thread connector. Multiple plumbing stores didn't have the adapter to NPT, looks so close to NPT that two different professional plumbing supply companies sold me adapters they said would work but even with tons of Teflon tape, still dripped. Plumbing location is also tight, I had to move source pipe for valve to fit. The toilet looks great, it worked great for about 1 week. Now auto seat open fails. It tries to open but only gets 1/4 way open then drops closed. Also seat on highest temp is not very warm, or takes a long time to get warm. Same with wash water. Doesn't get as warm as our other Bidet seat. My wife complains that the flush is loud. Compared to flush and refill on a tank based toilet it is much louder, but it is faster. I paid about $100 extra to get the version with the automatic seat lid thinking the higher end model would be higher quality. Not sure if the seat is not heating because it thinks the lid is closed. I cannot find how to get technical support for this product.

This toilet is complete garbage I purchased this product 2yrs ago it worked for 4 months then it started malfunctioning. Flushes off and on I try getting help for Amazon and they offer no assistance I try reaching out to the manufacturer and they are in a foreign country and offered no support. The toilet after 1yr old is a total loss, the bowl will not refill . WHAT A WASTE OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND NO THANKS TO AMAZON WHO IS STILL SELLING THIS PRODUCT
