I ordered the snow cone machine for my husband's birthday. I can't tell you how much fun all of her guest enjoyed making their own snowcones. In fact, the adults made more snow cones than the kids did. We also took it camping with us the following month and again the adults enjoyed making tasty camping beverages. It was easy to use easy use an easy to clean. We kept the outer box and traveled with that since it's not that heavy. I can't wait to take it to our next camping trip.

We purchased this machine to use at our church picnic. We used it four times and the motor burned up. I tried to get them to replace the unit, or send me the repair parts, but since the warranty expired, they refused. They offered us a 5% discount if we wanted to purchase a new one. What good would this be if the machines dosen't last?
