UPDATE 11/8/20: After reaching out directly to the seller, leaving a message in the questions feature, and leaving this review (on 10/26) NOBODY has contacted me about warranty information. Next is trying to contact general Amazon customer service. I am incredibly disappointed & upset I'm out $150. Be be cautious of buying this. ORIG REVIEW: This was delivered 8/8, first used on 8/13 and today is 10/26. We used this toaster oven 20ish times over that 2 month period & it worked fine. We loved this appliance-- mainly used the air fryer but sometimes also the convection oven. My husband was air frying some sweet potato fries last night and thankfully he was near the machine when this happened. There was a loud popping/explosion noise, burning smell, and fire coming out of the back top of the machine where the mechanics are. It tripped the breakers in the house so all the electricity shut off. I'm terrified to think what would have happened if someone wasn't there (I had used it the night before and left the room the entire time). We always make sure the machine is well ventilated & pulled out from walls/cabinets when we use it. Its also always clean & nothing out of the ordinary has happened to it or with it before. It wasn't near water, etc-- there is no logical reason this should have happened. This appears to be some sort of mechanical defect. I didn't notice the "contact seller for warranty" note when I bought it. That coupled with the fact that this is not a well known brand, in retrospect, should have been a red flag. With tax and shipping I paid $150 for this 2 mos ago (it was also a bday gift for a family member) and now its useless. I sent a note as soon as it happened via the question feature & haven't heard anything back. I figured out how to msg the seller directly tonight (they don't make it easy to find!) and will update this review with the resolution. I just thankful no one was hurt & the house didn't catch fire. With hope they will return my $ so I can buy a more well known brand. I'm too nervous to ever have another one of these if they try to offer me a replacement. I will update this when I know more. But in the meantime beware. And if you already own this, don't leave it unattended while in use (maybe even unplug it when you're not using it too). I rarely leave reviews and especially not bad ones but I felt this was important for people to know. ... show more

Well, actually it's a dreamy light aqua color. Love this oven. Have had it a few weeks and everything we cook comes out great: bake, toast, air fry, home made & frozen pizza. It heats up fast, cooks fast. Have not roasted anything yet but have a couple of rock cornish game hens ready to try. I've started using my big oven for storage. 8 months later......I'd give this 6 stars if I could. Game hens (butterflied & marinated) cooked in the basket, underneath had pan w/ seasoned potatoes. Came out great. Use disposable aluminum pans for casseroles. Turn up the edges if you need to make it fit. Still love it! ... show more

Ok first I will write the positive. I ordered the green which looks incredible in my beach house. Eliminated other small appliances on my counter so the size is fine. Toaster is great. Frozen pizza are perfect fit and come out quick and good. Now in to the negative. The air fryer is a mess. The basket is not non-stick like my last one. Sprayed before using but chicken and pork both stuck and were very difficult to clean. On a bright note, fried pretty good. Now the worse thing is that when you use the air fryer and pull out the basket, it drips grease all over the door. Poor design. There is a drip tray which is a bit smaller than the basket and it is difficult to pull them both out together. My solution is to put foil over door when you pull the basket out. Also you have to be sure to clean it after every use because the other functions won’t work well if you don’t. Also, I highly recommended putting foil on bottom tray to make cleanup a little easier. I have baked cookies which came out good and the size of toaster oven is great size for heating items. I also see no paperwork as far as a warranty. Obviously, a pretty mixed review but hopefully it will help. ... show more

I have used this many times. That it is a toaster oven and air fryer gives me so many options. What I like the most about it is that I can cook or reheat smaller items without running my oven that overheats the kitchen quickly in the summer. I needed a toaster and had been wanting an air fryer, this was THE perfect choice, matches my kitchen and the air fryer gets a lot of use! One thing I like is being able to see the food while it’s cooking, that’s cool. I’ve been using parchment paper in the fryer basket and food cooks amazing! It has 5 cooking options including: Warm, Broil, Toast, Bake and Air Fry. There’s a light button to turn on/off. Love the color, size, functionality, everything!
