It had very limited instructions so we didn’t know we were supposed to attach the medicine container to the inside hose and my husband got burned, once we attached it and put it away from getting in direct contact With our skin it was fine. The outside tubing does not connect to the sauna tent tightly enough and it does leak water so I have to place a towel underneath it. It does get very steamy and it’s easy to clean. Also the metal on the chair burns your legs so I had to use my kids wooden chair and the foot massager was broken. Overall definitely not worth a hundred dollars but if it goes on sale for $50 it would be worth it ... show more

Don’t waste a hundred bucks on this thing. It has its benefits but not a hundred dollars’ worth! It gets nice and steamy—very hot. Unfortunately you lose a lot getting in, and then you burn yourself on the steam hose, and then tense slightly from the burn and the outer hose falls off. All those have been addressed in other reviews as well, so I expected them. I had read some modifications from other reviewers and they helped...but why should you HAVE to modify a hundred-dollar product? The lack of instructions is definitely a problem. It’s self-explanatory for the most part but trial and error to figure it out. Plus, I have an extra piece that doesn’t seem to fit anywhere. I know where it SHOULD fit, but it doesn’t, and with no instructions (just a parts list and vague suggestions and warnings poorly written in English) I can’t figure out what to do with it so I just left it off and used the essential oil plan instead. I also have a theory as to why the one and two star reviews are reflected but not showing. I’m sure mine will be deleted as well; but at least it will hopefully be reflected in the percentage and number of stars. Not saying it’s not an interesting product and it’s not worth returning; I’ll continue to tinker with it and use it. But honestly, my star rating reflects its worth—about 40% what I paid for it! ... show more

I really like this and it works. The only thing is the chair is to low and the steam hits your legs and thigh area depending on how you’re sitting in it. I got a regular fold up chair that sits higher and it was fine. Another thing the tube kept falling out off the bag when you move around a little. So I think they need to make a piece where you can tighten it and loosen it. Other than that it works great. Would def recommend it. ... show more

This thing works great, gets super hot , relieves joint pain, is a great stress relief, detox the toxins out of your body and aids with weightloss. Only thing I would complain about is the uncomfortable chair but all n all its a steal and worth every cent spent!

The chair is a great gift for a toddler ( I used my teak shower seat instead). I advise to invest in a sturdy comfortable chair with a back. The angle of the steam hose caused a slight burn on my right thigh. I placed a towel double folded to further protect. I have yet managed to break it back down for included storage bag. It needs to be cleaned and air dried prior and I wanted to take advantage of the relax feel and sleep. Over all I had a good sweat and a good night's sleep. I would recommend for those like myself that miss the gym sauna during this pandemic. ... show more

So this product is disappointing because nothing really holds the tube in place. Obviously it is the cheapest option out there, but I believe that it should be mandatory that the product is able to maintain its position without any extra tape or some form of connector.
