Product worked well for a couple months then quit working totally. Contacted Costway and was asked to provide order number which I did. Absolutely no response. I’ve tried multiple times to contact Costway with zero response. Do not buy..!!!!

    • It works in the begining
I bought this heater in February 2019. I have not moved it or dropped it since I bought it. In November I noticed a grinding noise. Since then the heater has not been working right. This week I noticed one of the pipes that turns red when on cut out completely.

    • Nice Heater for small rooms or directed heat in larger rooms.
I have no dislikes. We have been using it a lot In Colorado cold weather. Quarts heaters are the way to go. Infra red heat makes you feel warm before the room gets warm . Sort of like sitting in front of a fire place.
