Purchased this to replace my current TV stand. It's everything I hoped for. Took me and a friend over 3 hours to assemble. Some holes were not there so we had to drill. Absolutely in love with this piece! Yes, took me all day to put together. But alone and took many breaks. Instructions were good. Pieces were easy to maneuver and used a small battery operated drill. Wasn’t heavy to lift parts but thank god my neighbor carried it in. Box is super heavy. No dents or nicks. Perfect Cant wait for a snowday!!! ... show more

So, I grew up with a wood burning fireplace in our home and have always wanted one in my own home. Sadly, this is an old house and I'm not about to tear open walls and bust out brick to put one in. Next best thing? An electric one! I don't usually turn the heat on as my home is warm enough, but I do turn the fireplace on every night after work when I'm snuggled up on the couch with my pup and Netflix and chill (and by chill I mean chilled wine 😜). There may not be the smell or crackling of an actual fireplace, but it has the nostalgia with the very realistic flames. Reminds me of when I was a kid on Christmas morning, waking up to a roaring, crackling, warm fire while my dad and I snuggled on the couch and opened presents. Also, super easy to put together as long as you actually pay attention and look at the pictures. Assembly goes much faster if you use an impact drill, also (as long as you're not watching your favorite show at the same time 😬) This ain't rocket science, ladies and gentlemen. I bought this fireplace/TV stand for my bedroom and I absolutely love it. The wood color matches perfectly with the rest of my decor and it is a solid piece of furniture that looks much more expensive than it was. The fireplace gives off great heat and I love the timer feature so I don't have to worry about it shutting off if I fall asleep. I can't say how easy it is to assemble because I didn't do it, but it took my friend about 2 hours or so. He loved it so much that he bought one for his house too.
