After waiting until my remodel of my kitchen was finished, I finally put these chair together;They look great as far as fit and finish. There are ony two medium sized adults in my household. One chair's wooden seat support broke after three sitting. The others chairs had screws that started to loosen up. I tightened the screws up, but then the chairs "rock" on uneven legs. So I loosened the leg screws up, and the "rocking" ended. However, when tighening them bnack up, they rocked again. Because of the weakness in the seat support frame (which broke) I wouldn't buy this item again.

Love the style of these chairs, and purchased to replace a set of island chairs that I have had for 15 years. Very hard to put together (they need to include a shorter allen wrench) but finally managed to get them together. 2 weeks later went to sit on one, and it was shaky. Checked and all the bolts were loose. Had to tighten them all back down again. on the other chair, which I had sat only for a few minutes, the bolts were also loose. Tightened them down, and will wait. I do not think these chairs will last even a year, and that will be a huge disappointment, as they look nice and are comfortable to sit in.

If you return the item they charge you “$36” for a return fee. Absolutely not worth dealing with them and wasting money. If you want better quality items at a lower cost I recommend Mor Furniture, I bought 4 stools from them at 75 dollars a stool which are better quality.

If you assemble them right and tight they're good. As expected, legs don't end up exactly same length but nothing those little floor pads can't take care of. Assembly a bit dicey since there's just enough hardware (actually, I had to put a couple bolts in without washers because there weren't enough of those), and some bolts are different lengths so had to move them around to get everything to go together. If you're not "gifted" with assembling such things pay for the assembly (I've never used that offer so don't know if it's good or not).

These chairs are falling apart. The screws become loose easily and are a danger to sit on. Wish I could get my money back.

Only gavec4 stars because assembly. If you're physically disabled as I am it can be difficult to assemble. But product is awesome, I have ordered 2 sets of 2 different heights and I'm very pleased with these. Would order again.
